Marshmallow Kiss Cookies

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2 Dozen
24 KISSES Chocolates
½ cup sprinkles
Water
24 large marshmallows
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup milk
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
2. Lightly dampen marshmallows by patting down with a wet paper towel. Coat well in sprinkles. Set aside to dry. Unwrap KISSES Chocolates. Set aside for later.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Mix together butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Add flour mixture and combine well.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Make a small indention. Place a marshmallow in the divot.
6. Bake for 2 - 2½ minutes.
7. Remove from oven and press KISSES Chocolate in the center of the marshmallow.
8. Let cool and enjoy!
