Creamy Dips 4 Ways

Make these four delicious dips with the help of Hellmann's® Mayonnaise.

CLASSIC ONION DIP

Servings: 8

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Flavor Soup and Dip Mix

⅓ cup Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise

1⅓ cups sour cream

4 scallions, thinly sliced

Minced curly parsley, for garnish

Potato chips, for serving

PREPARATION

1. Mix together Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Flavor Soup and Dip Mix, Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise, and sour cream until no dry streaks remain. Fold in sliced scallions.

2. Garnish with parsley. Serve with potato chips.

SMOKED SALMON DIP

Servings: 8

INGREDIENTS

⅓ cup Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise

⅓ cup sour cream

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon ground pepper

4 ounces smoked salmon, minced

2 tablespoons minced red onion

¼ cup finely chopped cucumber

2 teaspoons capers

1 tablespoon chives, plus more for garnish

2 teaspoons finely chopped dill, plus a few whole pieces for ganish

Pretzel thins or bagel chips, for serving

PREPARATION

1. Combine Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon zest and juice, kosher salt, and ground pepper in a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.

2. Stir in smoked salmon, then fold in red onion, cucumber, capers, chives, and dill.

3. Garnish with chives and whole strands of dill. Serve with bagel chips.

PIMIENTO CHEESE DIP

Servings: 8

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 cups finely grated sharp cheddar cheese

4 ounces diced pimientos from a jar, drained

½ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon cayenne

Butter crackers, for serving

Celery sticks, for serving

PREPARATION

1. Mix together Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar, pimientos, kosher salt, garlic powder, and cayenne until well-combined.

2. Serve with butter crackers and celery sticks.

GREEN GODDESS DIP

Servings: 8

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

2 handfuls baby spinach

¼ cup basil leaves

½ cup parsley leaves

¼ cup roughly chopped chives

2 tablespoons tarragon leaves

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 medium garlic clove

1 teaspoon kosher salt

Pita chips, for serving

PREPARATION

1. Place all ingredients (except pita chips) in a food processor. Process until smooth.

2. Serve with pita chips.
