Your Kitchen Will Never Be The Same With These 47 Un-Fork-Gettable Products

Truly not sure how you've made it this long without a colander spoon.

    1. Affresh cleaning tablets to toss into your dishwasher and easily get rid of that yucky smell that seems to appear after a few washes — it'll banish lime and mineral build-up and leave your dishes nice 'n' clean.

Before results of inside dishwasher after using Affresh cleaner
After results of inside dishwasher after using Affresh cleaner

I have these tablets and use them all the time! They work especially great after the bottom of my dishwasher has gotten stained with residue from detergent or rusty-looking liquid after I've run my baking sheets through the wash. I love knowing I can just pop one into the dishwasher 1, 2, 3, and end up with a clean machine.

Promising review: "After using this product, I am happy to report that my $5 investment saved me over $500. I was ready to replace my dishwasher, due to super cloudy glasses, residue, and just not getting clean. Then I saw a product test review for Affresh in Good Housekeeping magazine. I was ordering some stuff from Amazon anyway, so I added that to my order. I did not expect the results I got! The glassware that I thought was permanently etched and ruined came out like new. Same with cutlery. The difference is unbelievable. I am amazed!" —Sheila

You just drop a packet inside the disposal, turn on your sink with a little bit of hot water and turn on your disposal, and after a couple of minutes it should be clean. 7. FryAway — a seemingly magical substance you can sprinkle on top of your grease-coated pan and watch as it turns to a solid. No more waiting ages for it to cool, having to grossly scrape it out of your pan with a paper towel, or accidentally clogging your pipes.

Promising review: "This magic powder worked so much better than I expected! I was doing some deep frying in my enamel cast iron pot one night, and when I was done, I poured the powder in the hot oil just as instructed. The stuff dissolved right away and I gave it a quick mix. I ended up putting the lid on and forgetting about it overnight. The next morning it was a solid gel mass. I was expecting it to be the consistency of Jello, but it was actually surprisingly firm! I took a spatula and barely applied pressure to one side to loosen it and the whole entire thing separated in one clean piece without any stray chunks of oil sticking to the pot. Couldn't have been easier! I have always avoided frying like the plague for the sole reason that I don't know what to do with the oil afterwards. Now I don't have to worry about that anymore!" —Sahara

Knives that I’ve had for years I was able to sharpen and cut with ease." —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "I love pickles and olives but hate the mess and pain of pickle/olive brine. I randomly discovered these containers from some online article, and knew right away I would be getting one. I now have two but plan on buying more. They're just great. The only thing is, you need to be 100% sure you've got the lids on completely or you will have a disaster on your hands. Check and double check each time you are securing them. The tongs are useful just to have around for anything, too." —Nick

    the instant-read digital thermometer
    Amazon

Promising review: "As a working chef for over 30 years, I've gone through dozens of thermometers, and this one stands out. I actually purchased this by accident while buying several thermometers to try with the intent of buying a dozen for my crew. I was looking for thermometers that can be field-calibrated and as far as I can tell, this one can't. But I intend to buy more of these because they are accurate, easy to read, and just more pleasant to use. They are tough, and I love the ring on the end; I keep this one hanging on a hook near our ranges so I don't have to hunt it down. It does not ride easily in my chef's coat, but that is due to the longer probe. Which I LOVE. In two weeks I have used this one thermometer over 130 times, all with pleasure." —Cetaceous Dave

Promising review: "This thing is the bomb.com Seriously, buy one. You won't regret it. Works the first time and every time after that. I was slightly concerned when I first got it out the package. The lines that tell you how hard or soft the egg will be cooked were really hard to see. Nothing like the videos I had seen. Never fear, toss it in the pot of water and voila! Easy to see the lines!" —gunmetalgreen

Promising review: "I was just as skeptical as you are. I, too, have been doing the old school — make the dough, roll it out, run it through a pasta machine, etc. — method. It's a production, all for AMAZING pasta. With this, you put the ingredients in, push a button, and watch for AMAZING pasta to be extruded. I had hoped I'd be able to multitask a bit more, but it extrudes so fast there isn't much time for other tasks between cutting it. But I think that seems reasonable. The other thing to consider is that you have to be VERY exact with the measurements of the ingredients. I've found weighing them works best. The recipes in the included book work great. Don't use other pasta recipes not developed for this machine unless you are up for some experimentation. The dough will be drier than the traditional method and has to be to feed through the auger and extrude properly. So it also does take a bit longer to cook than traditional fresh pasta, but when it's done it's that same amazing taste and texture!" —Conversio

    Ninja Kitchen

I've been using this dual toaster and air fryer for the last few months and it has been such a game changer. While this appliance is definitely on the bigger side, it's worth making space for since it does *so* many things. We never had an air fryer (I owned one but never put it out because I didn't think I'd use it often) but now that we have one built into the toaster oven I find myself using it constantly. Anything I put in there crisps up beautifully (and quickly!). The toaster oven itself has been fabulous as well. I just love that there's so many options for cooking and that you can set the top to one temperature/setting and the bottom to another. I've been super happy with it!

Promising review: "Ninja has blown their competition out of the water with this Double Oven. I have a very picky toddler who literally lives on nuggets and fries. But my husband loves to cook and have delicious meals. This double oven does it all… AT ONCE! It air fries, it bakes, it roasts and more! The double oven comes with two sheet pans, one air fry basket. Two wire racks, a crumb tray and a recipe book. It was easy to get cooking right away. The instructions and recipes were easy to follow. Cooking at once with two different meals has never been so easy." —Littlmiss83
