Shakespeare in the Park when it was actually civilized. One person could go in the afternoon and spread a blanket on the Great Lawn, get a numbered place in line and be joined by the rest of the group later. You could all have a nice picnic, get the tickets at 6 and then see the show. Now I think they give out the tickets first thing in the morning, so you have to sleep in the park all night (and not on the lawn, either) to pick them up. While we’re on the subject, the Great Lawn when it could actually be used by people. Now it’s just a grass museum.
