    1. A pair of blackout curtains to block out all sunlight from streaming into your windows so you can slumber in peace.

the black-out curtains in a living room

Promising review: "These blackout curtains are the real deal... now it's hard for me to get out of bed! I have a wall of windows in my bedroom, so I ordered eight curtains and (no pun intended) it was a night and day difference. The quality is great and I like that they don't have that blackout backing like some other 'blackout' curtains have. They are just good quality, heavy, durable curtains, and they iron well (for those who iron their curtains). I underestimated them, but they over-delivered." —Gadgetguy

Get them from Amazon for $29.95+ (available in eight sizes and 18 colors).

    2. A weighted blanket for anyone who struggles to slip into a deep sleep due to anxiety, stress, or night terrors. The comfort of the weight helps all types of people fall asleep and stay asleep more easily.

Promising review: "I was a doubter, but I was also desperate to get a decent night’s sleep. (I deal with severe chronic pain and insomnia). The first thing I did was insert the heavy blanket inside a cover. It was way easier than I expected. I was delighted with the material, the bamboo is silky and feels cool. But the big surprise was when I crawled into bed a good three hours before I usually manage to fall asleep. The next morning I realized I had gone to sleep within minutes — and slept straight through to morning. The first full night’s sleep — with NO sleep medication — in 15 years." —Violet

Promising review: "These are the ABSOLUTE best on the market. I have been taking Ambien for over 15 years. It's impossible to get a good night's sleep without an Ambien after taking it for so long. I then began trying other forms of Melatonin, and not one of them worked! None, that is, until I took this brand. I started taking two each night, and am now down to usually just one, and sometimes none! I'm finally writing this review after over a year of using this product. They are a bit more pricey than some other brands, but in my opinion, worth it!" —Kym
