    What you need:

*One 6x24x1 inch (15x61x2.5 centimeter) piece of wood

    *Three 16 ounce mason jars

*Three hose clamps (make sure they're big enough to fit around the jar, we used 4 inch size)

    *Phillips head screwdriver

    *Flathead screwdriver

    *Drill and 1/8" drill bit

    *Acrylic paint

    *Two picture hangers

*Three thin Phillips head screws (1/2", self-drilling ones will make it easier to drill through the hose clamp)

    1. Fit the hose clamps around the mason jars. With the flathead screwdriver, tighten the hose clamps. (Not too tight!)

    2. Mark the center of the back of the mason jar on the tightened hose clamp. Also mark where the extra hose clamp slack starts. Remove the hose clamps. Use pliers to bend the slack back and forth until it snaps off. Set aside for later.

    3. Use sandpaper to smooth the edges of your piece of wood.

    4. Gently brush acrylic paint on all sides—use light strokes to create a weathered look. Let dry completely.

    5. Fasten the picture hangers on the back of the wood. It's easy to line them up with the top edge of the wood to make sure they're even.

    6. Measure and mark the center of the wood, then measure and mark the center of each half.

    7. Drill a shallow pilot hole into each mark.

    8. Open each hose clamp and hold the marked center over each each pilot hole. Screw the hose clamps into the wood with the Philips head screws (use either a screwdriver or a drill). Note: You might have to drill into the hose clamp beforehand on a scrap piece of wood to make room for the screw.

    9. Place the mason jars inside the hose clamps, and close and tighten the hose clamps with a flathead screwdriver. Remember, not too tight or the glass will break.

    10. Fill the jars with succulents, bathroom supplies, fresh flowers, makeup supplies, cooking utensils, etc…the ideas are endless!
