Here's A One-Pan Dinner That Will Satisfy All Your Savory Cravings

    Dinner prepared on one pan is probably the most genius thing ever! This one will save time and get food in your belly faster.

    Recipe: One-Pan Sausage and Veggies

    One pan, less dishes = :).

    Ingredients
    2 russet potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 zucchinis, diced
    2 yellow squashes, diced
    1 red pepper, deseeded and diced
    ½ onion, diced
    Sausage, 2 large links
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    (1) 14.5-oz can of diced tomato, drained
    Salt and pepper

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 375°F. Layer all of the veggies and sausages on one or two 9x13 baking pans, depending on the size of the vegetables you use. Drizzle on olive oil, and sprinkle on the garlic, diced tomato, salt, and pepper. Bake uncovered for one hour. Enjoy!
