You wake up. What does your bedroom look like?

Finally, what's the last thing you do before bed?

Right now you might feel a little insecure or unsure if you're on the right path. You could really use someone to say to you, "You're doing everything right. You're valid in your emotions and reactions." If no one's around to say it, well, take it from me! Take a deep breath and relax — you're valid!

Validation

You might love a comforting day, but lately you're really feeling like you'd like to step out of your comfort zone. You want to travel, meet new people, and experience life at its fullest. Take heart in the fact that while this doesn't happen overnight, you will find something exciting and new soon!

Excitement

Lately you may have felt a little "blah." You find yourself going through the motions, you don’t truly feel passionate about the way you’re spending your days, and you may feel a lack of purpose. However, it won't be this way forever; you're in a strange in-between point right now, and there are new, exciting things on the horizon. Don't be afraid to let go of things that no longer bring you joy and to try things you never considered you might like; it might be time to try a new passion!

Passion

You're super smart, beautiful, and talented, but you have trouble seeing this for yourself. You also may have trouble speaking up and making your voice heard, because you aren't sure if what you have to say is important. But just because you’re shy doesn’t mean your words, thoughts, and worth deserve to be overshadowed! Start small in beginning, speak up for yourself, and believe that you are important and interesting. Confidence will come.

Confidence

You have become jaded recently at the state of the world, and I totally feel you. But this has also made you feel really disconnected from others and sort of hopeless about the future. It also means you’re not showing compassion towards yourself! Be mindful of the way you speak to yourself and others, and remember to give people — and yourself — the benefit of the doubt.
