Obvious Stunt Doubles, Looking In The Camera, And 31 Other Super Obvious TV And Movie Mistakes That Are Impossible To Unsee

    Is it that hard to *not* hold your phone upside down...

    1. There's a scene in Aquaman where a child is completely changed out for a different child — with longer hair and a lighter skin color — after an explosion.

    2. And in Beverly Hills Cop, they clearly change out Eddie Murphy for his stunt double for a stunt...which wouldn't be that bad, except the stunt double looks nothing like him.

    3. In one Goonies scene, Mikey calls Brand "Josh." That's the name of the actor who plays Brand — Josh Brolin.

    4. There's a Stranger Things scene in Season 1 when Dustin accidentally calls Mike "Finn."

    5. There's also a scene in Days of Thunder when Caroline Williams calls Cole "Tom" as he's played by Tom Cruise.

    6. In this scene from The Giver, Lily says, "Jonas says it's called dancing"...but her lips don't move.

    7. And in Gilmore Girls, it's quite clear Rory's mouth isn't moving when you hear her asking Lorelai if she wants a drink.

    8. In this SpongeBob SquarePants scene, SpongeBob tells Squidward his gifted sweater is made of eyelashes...the camera then shows his bare eyebrows.

    9. There are multiple scenes in Good Witch where characters use a salt mill completely wrong.

    10. There's a scene in The Office where John Krasinski signs his own name, not Jim's, on Meredith's cast.

    11. The Book of Eli reveals near the end that the book is actually the Bible in braille...except this is how big the Bible in braille would actually be.

    12. Remember how Melisandre HAD to wear her necklace to stay young in Game of Thrones? And how she turned all old without it? But then...there was a scene with her not wearing it and she looked normal.

    13. Jessica Rabbit looks wayyy different in the newspaper photo in Who Framed Roger Rabbit as a result of a character redesign.

    14. This map of Russia in Independence Day is riddled with issues. To name a few: It's a map of the USSR, not Russia like it should be, Moscow has been moved, and they made up the city of Novosyoyrsk.

    15. There's a scene in Orange Is the New Black when a character looks right in the camera.

    16. In The Wolf of Wall Street, Leo's hands move position instantaneously.

    17. There were times in Gilligan's Island when you could literally see CBS buildings in the background...despite them being on a "deserted" island.

    18. The Gimli in this scene from The Lord of the Rings is very obviously not John Rhys-Davies.

    19. And this Mace Windu from Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace is definitely NOT Samuel L. Jackson.

    20. Also in The Phantom Menace, you can see the plug leading to Padmé's light-up dress.

    21. There are multiple moments in Friends where it's pretty obvious the stand-in is NOT the actor.

    23. Aaaaand you can spot Chandler mouthing "What am I supposed to say?" in yet another Friends example.

    24. In this scene from The Sopranos, there's a pizza box from a chain that only exists in Canada.

    25. In Final Destination 3, the infamous rollercoaster accident occurs as a result of two characters: Lewis and Frankie. Except after the premonition, they get off...meaning the accident should've been prevented.

    26. There were multiple scenes in the Euphoria play episode where you could see characters in the audience reacting...despite them being also onstage at the time.

    27. There's a scene in Gossip Girl where an extra was caught with only one shoe on.

    28. You can see the hand of the person controlling the tongue in Tremors II: Aftershocks.

    32. A TON of TV shows and movies have characters use phones upside down, but I think the most glaringly obvious is this iconic Pretty Little Liars moment when Aria was "on the phone."

    33. And finally, let's end on one of the most infamous...when they forgot to CGI Judi Dench's hand in Cats.
