Left hand up and bent

We're going to start at the beginning of the dance: What move does Miley do for "Pop it?"  


Right hip out to the side and both elbows up

Step to the left while waggling right pointer finger

Put hands on fake belt buckles and tap heel out to both sides

Kick and cross arms out

Cross arms up together

Cross arms and move side to side

Jump to the left while doing a locomotive motion with arms

Stomp foot down and pump arms down

Put hand forward and slide back

Stick foot out then bring to knee

Shuffle to the right

Shuffle back diagonally while moving hands up and down

Walk forward kicking and punching forward

(Miley only uses one hand since she's holding the mic — everyone else does both!)

Both hands on your hips

Turn around

Hop up and down in a semi-circle

Waggle finger

Tap foot forward, then to the side

Step to the right

Slide to the left

Punch out while leaning left, then snap

Lean to the right and clap 3 times while moving upright

Turn in a circle

Step forward with left foot, right foot behind, and snap forward

Step back and throw hands up

Trust me, it'll be worth it! It's great for parties.

You need to relearn this dance!

You definitely knew all these moves back in the day! Still, you might need to brush up.

You did alright!

You still know almost all these moves by heart, even so many years later! I'm impressed!
