    It took me a while to finally pull the trigger on buying an air fryer, but I have used it nonstop since it arrived. I love that the air fryer heats up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit in minutes and contains all splatter so I can cook with no mess and minimal clean-up. I've made everything from Chinese-style sesame shrimp and buffalo chicken wings to "fried" balsamic Brussels sprouts and even air-fried donuts.     These are by far the best food storage containers I've ever bought. I love how the airtight lids clamp and lock in place so I can take my food to go and know it won't spill during my commute. I also love how they have compartments, which is ideal for meal prepping because I can separate grains, vegetables, and protein. When I know I'm going to have a busy few days, I love cooking a big batch recipe on a Sunday night and then meal-prepping in these little containers for the week.

    Truth be told, my salad spinner is probably one of the most important and most used appliances in my kitchen.     I originally bought a pizza stone to make homemade pizza in my oven, but I soon realized I can use it for many more foods. Because it absorbs the heat from your oven, it gets sizzling hot.     When I'm making soup, which is actually pretty often during the cooler months, it's always a pain to have to transfer soup from a stockpot to a blender in order to purée chunks of vegetables. This immersion blender makes it so easy and minimizes clean-up. It works for way more than just soup too. You can make mashed potatoes, smoothies, milkshakes, beat eggs, or prepare baby food.

    Poaching eggs can be a bit of a pain, but this silicone poaching cup makes it so simple. Best of all, you can use it in the microwave so you don't even have to wait for the water to boil. When I don't have a lot of time to make breakfast, these come in very handy, and when I'm feeling lazy at night, eggs are always one of my go-to's.     Making hard-boiled eggs isn't difficult, but it does take a bit of time to boil the water and peel them. I love this rapid egg cooker because I can make a half-dozen hard-boiled eggs when I have the time, peel them, then store them in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week. When I need breakfast on the go, an easy salad, or a quick sandwich, I reach for one of my pre-boiled eggs. You can also use the rapid egg cooker for soft- or medium-boiled eggs, poached eggs, or scrambled, but I use the hard-boiled function by far the most often.

It takes most of the work out of cooking, cuts down on mess, and it cooks food super quickly. You can use it for just about anything you'd make in a slow cooker like hearty soups and stews and fall-off-the-bone meats, but you can also make delicious pastas, eggs, and salmon in under 20 minutes.

    There's nothing worse than cooking a delicious meal and then having to clean up a big mess. And baking sheets in particular, which collect grime and grease, can be particularly hard to clean. That's why these silicone baking mats are such a staple in my kitchen. I used to use parchment paper, but these are re-usable and keep my baking sheets cleaner. I just place the mat on my baking sheet and go about cooking whatever I'm making, whether it's roast chicken, veggies, salmon, cookies, or more.     Making pasta from scratch sounds time consuming, but not with this handy gadget. If you own a KitchenAid stand mixer, I would highly recommend purchasing this attachment. You just make the dough in the stand mixer then run it though the attachment for incredible, homemade pasta. Cooking a seriously impressive meal from scratch doesn't get much simpler or more fun.
