Rich people have the super flashy, gaudy, oversized mansions. Wealthy people still have large houses but they’re more understated, and they have several properties in different areas of the world.

My dad literally commented the classic “stop buying $5 Starbucks drinks” on my cousin’s Facebook post about how she’ll never be able to afford a home. It was almost too cliché to bear.
