What's The Most Embarrassing Thing That's Happened To You While Public Speaking?

Gulp.

Public speaking is one of the most common fears out there. Even professionals still clam up and get nervous from time to time.

Since public speaking is such a high-pressure event, sometimes nerves kick in and take over.

Maybe you are still traumatized by the time you got up in front of your 4th grade class to give a book report and ended up soaking your khaki shorts in pee after 30 seconds.

Perhaps you were the maid of honor at your sister's wedding, and after hitting up the open bar all evening, you stood up to give your speech. You instantly forgot all the cute and funny things you wanted to say, so instead you babbled on about how all of the bride's ex-boyfriends were major losers. Then, you called the groom by the wrong name.

Or maybe you gave a speech at a work conference and you managed to sweat through your shirt, mispronounce your company's name, and accidentally cuss, all within your five-minute presentation.

Or perhaps you were saying a few words at your great-uncle's funeral when you felt a strange gurgle in your stomach. Within seconds, you began loudly and uncontrollably farting. You tried to cover the sounds with fake cries, but it didn't fool anyone.
