Behold, The World's Officially Ugliest Dog

Meet SweePee Rambo, a 17-year-old blind and freckled Chihuahua/Chinese Crested mix who was just crowned the world's ugliest dog.

The annual World's Ugliest Dog contest was held on Friday at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, CA.

Last year's winner was Quasi Modo, a 10-year-old pit bull–Dutch shepherd mix with a spinal birth defect.

That's the spine of a winner right there.

There was some stiff competition this year.

This is Grovie, a 13-year-old diabetic pug, who fought hard for the crown.

There was also Himisaboo, who many people have called Donald Trump's doppelganger.

And of course, there was Rascal Deux, a (mostly) hairless, toothless fan favorite who comes from a long line of World's Ugliest Dog winners.

But in the end, there could only be one true ugliest dog, and it was SweePee Rambo who took home the big prize.

SweePee's human, Jason Wurtz of Encino, CA, told Today that SweePee is "the best friend I have" and that she's been coming to work with him for the past 17 years.

"I've had girlfriends over the years and they were jealous of her," Wurtz said. "And like I told them, she was here when you came and she'll be here when you leave."
