750 millilitres water
3 green tea bags
1 420 gram peaches, tinned or fresh
Juice of 1 lemon
200 millilitres Gordon’s London Dry Gin
250 millilitres peach juice
1 lemon, sliced for garnish
In a bowl, pour hot water over tea bags, letting steep for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Pour 350 millilitres cooled tea into an ice cube tray, freeze overnight, or until frozen. Store remaining 400 millilitres tea in fridge until ready to serve.
Add green tea ice cubes to a large pitcher. Add peach slices.
Top with remaining tea, lemon juice, Gordon’s London Dry Gin, and peach juice.
Serve in jam jars with a slice of lemon.
