Chocolate Ice Cream Banana Bites
2 bananas, sliced
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1. Slice bananas into ½-inch slices.
2. Carefully top with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (using melon baller).
3. Freeze about 15 minutes, to adhere ice cream.
4. Carefully dip into chocolate, which will set immediately.
5. Enjoy or freeze!
