9 Delicious Popsicles To Beat The Heat

School’s out for the summer! Here are some icy treats to beat the heat that anyone young or old can enjoy. Another sweet treat? Switch to GEICO, and you could save money on car insurance.

1. Vanilla Pudding + Milk + Sprinkles

You’ll need:

* 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix

* 1 3/4 cups of milk

* As many sprinkles as you want

Combine the pudding mix and milk and stir until it thickens. Then add the sprinkles! Place into popsicle molds and freeze.

Sing “Happy Birthday” before eating. (Optional. 😜)

2. Lemonade + Strawberries + Blueberries

You’ll need:

* Lemonade

* Assorted fruit (we used strawberries and blueberries)

Place a few pieces of cut strawberries and blueberries into popsicle molds. Pour in lemonade and freeze.

3. Cookies and Cream + Coconut Milk + Vanilla Extract

You’ll need:

* 1 can of coconut milk

* 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

* Around 15 cookies and cream cookies

Combine the coconut milk with the vanilla extract. Crumble the cookies and fold them into the coconut milk. Place one cookie on the bottom of the popsicle mold and fill the rest with the coconut cookie mixture. Freeze and enjoy.

4. Chocolate Milk + Peanut Butter + Bananas

You’ll need:

* 1 cup of chocolate milk

* 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

* 1 banana

Blend chocolate milk and peanut butter in a blender. Place sliced banana pieces into popsicle molds and add the blended chocolate peanut butter mix. Freeze ’em, eat ’em, no monkey business! 🐵

5. Orange Juice + Mangoes + Strawberries

You’ll need:

* 1 cup of orange juice

* 1 cup of strawberries

* 2 cups of mangoes, cubed

Blend strawberries with 1/4 cup of orange juice. Pour into popsicle mold to the 1/3 mark. Then blend the mango chunks with 3/4 cup of orange juice. Fill the remaining part of the mold with the mango puree. Stir the mixture around to get the ombre effect. Add whole strawberry chunks if you (and your kids) like. 🍓

6. Bananas + Granola + Yogurt

You’ll need:

* Bananas

* Yogurt

* Granola

Slice bananas in half horizontally and insert popsicle sticks. Dip the bananas into yogurt and then roll in granola. Place the bananas on a parchment sheet and freeze. Healthy and delicious!

7. Kiwis + Lime Gelatin

You’ll need:

* Lime gelatin mix

* Kiwis

Prepare the gelatin mix as directed on the box and add sugar in afterward. Slice kiwis and place into the popsicle molds. Add the gelatin mix and freeze.

8. Grape Juice + Chocolate Peanut Butter Magic Shell + Peanuts

You’ll need:

* Grape juice

* Chocolate peanut butter magic shell

* Peanuts

Pour grape juice into popsicle molds and freeze. Dip the frozen grape popsicles into the chocolate peanut butter magic shell and then roll onto crushed peanuts. Enjoy your “peanut butter and jelly” pop!

9. Blackberries + Coconut Cream + Edible Glitter

You’ll need:

* 2 cups of blackberries

* 1 can of coconut cream

* Edible glitter

Blend the blackberries and coconut cream in a blender. Once creamy, add in edible glitter and continue blending. Place mix into popsicle molds and freeze. Try not to make too much of a mess with the glitter. (Optional. 😉)
