I honestly feel stuck in my anxiety. Like I have these multiple points that bounce and before. All different emotions and I always feel in circle, walking around to another person or thing to be scared about
I'm a very artistic musical kid and I just keep a notebook to compose music and draw. I also love to plan out everything so it's great to sketch things out before putting it in my planner.
