How Should You Bond With Your New Friends At Emory?
Experience shuttles are a great way for first-years to get off campus. They go everywhere from the Coca Cola Museum to Centennial Park to Little Five Points, and are a great way to explore the area around Emory and the city of Atlanta!
Emory Point is just a short 10-minute walk from main campus and is a fun place to shop, eat, and hang out!
Have fun, get active, and hang out with new friends by taking a class at the Emory gym together! You can do everything from rock climbing and spinning to yoga and pick-up basketball!
The BeltLine at BCM is a great place to walk, ride bikes, and explore Atlanta, since it runs through lots of different neighborhoods. PCM boasts a number of great restaurants and shopping, as well as a mini golf course!
In the city of Atlanta, the opportunities are endless -- you can catch a concert, grab dinner at a cool restaurant, or hang out in one of many parks or neighborhoods throughout the city!
Lullwater Park is right by campus and is home to great walking trails, President Claire E. Sterk's home, and a beautiful pond. It's a great way to find some peace and quiet very close to Emory's campus!
