Whatever the season, delicious ice cream is always the right thing on the table in fonot of you. But how on Earth can you indulge in such a lovely Dessert, if all the Shops are closed and the next Petrol Station is miles away? Simple! You will Need just one ingredient, and a blender, to create a creamy, smooth and even healthy frosty joy: The Magic Banana ice cream.

Step 1: Get a Banana

The single ingredient you'll ever Need is a banana. Not too fresh, a bit on the ripe side is best. They get sweeter the longer they rest on your kitchen cupboard...

Step 2: Cut to pieces & freeze

Cut the banana into pieces, put them on a plate and leave them in the freezer for a while. 2 to 3 hours should do.

Step 3: Blend!

Put the banana pieces into a blender (the more power it has, the better) and go for it. Blend! Keep blending! Don't be fazed by the fact that at first, the banana will be blown to small rocks. Keep going. Eventually, the frozen banana will turn into a creamy substance. If you cannot wait, add a dash of milk. Optionally, you can add chocolate syrup, or whatever you want to compose a more complex flavour than banana.

Step 4: Brilliant! Ice Cream!
