Louis Tomlinson knows how to give his fans what they want. On Wednesday, Tomlinson teased his new single "Just Like You" to his 29 million followers on Twitter, 2 months after his second single, "Back to You" with Bebe Rexha debuted back in July.
The 25 year-old singer-songwriter's first single and solo project since the One Direction hiatus, "Just Hold On," debuted back in December 2016 with American DJ Steve Aoki and reached number one on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales.
Fans, of course, went wild at the news and wondered when the new single would drop, eagerly waiting in anticipation. Lucky for them, the single dropped at midnight on Wednesday sending them into an excited frenzy.
Now, with a third single under his belt, many of us are wondering when his debut album will finally drop after fellow One Direction bandmate, Harry Styles made his solo debut in May of this year.
Following in Styles footsteps is Niall Horan, who is set to debut his solo album, "Flicker" later this month.
Rolling Stone is calling Tomlinson's third single as "humble" and "snappy" and how it "complements Tomlinson's polished vocals and lyrics about how he grapples with everyday highs and lows."
Though there is still no official word on when Tomlinson plans to release his album, there's no doubt that it'll sure be a hit.
