Response to The 100 Most Beautifully Unusual First Names:
Seriously? It is one thing to have a unique name, it is another to have insane parents. Believe me, I know. My name is Russian and in south Texas people are just stupid and can’t pronounce it. It is S-T-E-S-H-A, not Steesha, Staysha, Stahsha. It is not incredibly annoying (especially when you correct the person about 100 times) when people cannot take the effort to pronounce your name. I whole heartily agree with the post a few days ago about 16 things people with unique names hate. I may be extremely proud of my name, but my children are going to have normal names. Not boring, just normal.
