Focaccia

Made with house-milled spelt flour with pieces of carrots, celery, green beans, herbs, and olives, the focaccia has wonderfully crusty exterior with moist interior. Three pieces of focaccia are served with basil-parsley pesto.

Spinach Cheese Cutlet

Two palm-sized patties made with spinach and paneer cheese are pan-fried for the crispy edges. The cutlets are topped with walnuts and served with sweet Raisin-Cranberry Sauce.

Toasted Coconut Chips

These coconut chips are the perfect snacks while waiting for your entree. They are seasoned with fresh curry leaves and spices like garcinia pitta masala.

Lasagna

A huge piece of rectangular lasagna in rich, creamy almond milk béchamel sauce is layered with big chunks of broccoli, carrots, and spinach and topped with a generous pour of Basil-Parsley Pesto.

Vegetable Curry

The vegetable curry in cashew sauce includes generous portions of taro root, carrots, green beans, and caulifower with a scoop of basmati rice, and served with a side of Cilantro-Mint Chutney Sauce.
