5 Ways To Remain Productive During A Staycation

Get dressed.


It would be nice to lounge around in Pajamas all day. However, something as simple as changing can increase your productivity. Change out of those Pajamas and pull on jeans and a t-shirt.

Go outside at least once a day.


Meet a friend for coffee or go to a restaurant. Force yourself to go outside at least once a day. Doing these makes you feel productive because you did something. Congratulations you! You went outside. You deserve a cookie.

Take advantage of the morning.


Don't sleep the morning away. Waking up at 8 AM rather than 11 gives you an extra 3 hours. Get up early and spend the morning doing all your chores and spend the afternoon relaxing.

Plan something.


Have a plan for the day to prevent doing nothing. Doing nothing does harm. Don't spend the day on the coach checking your email every couple of minutes. Follow your plan, it will make you feel a lot more accomplished.
