Shanell Brinkley-Chapman, from Atlanta, Georgia, posted this picture of her sister Tommitrise Collins apparently taking her final exam while in labour in hospital last week.
She captioned the photo: "This is what you call 'strong priorities'.
"Contractions 3 minutes apart and still takes her Psychology Test! You are going to be a great Mom baby sis!"
The image quickly went viral and has so far been shared almost 15,000 times.
Brinkley-Chapman later said that her sister had given birth to a baby girl, named Tyler Elise, at the Coliseum Medical Centers.
