1. Grilled Mozzarella Stick BTM (Bacon, Tomato, and Mozz)

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, 1 package bacon, 2 tomatoes, 8 slices American cheese, 8 slices bread, butter, cooking oil

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Cook bacon as directed until crispy. Slice up tomatoes.

Place 1 slice cheese on bread, top with 4 cooked mozzarella sticks, 2 slices bacon, and 1 slice tomato. Layer another slice of cheese on top, and finish with another slice of bread. Butter both sides of the bread.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat a small amount of cooking oil. When oil is hot, place sandwich in pan and press down. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted. Cut sandwich in half and enjoy.

2. Mozzarella Stick Lasagna

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, 1 package lasagna noodles, 1 jar tomato sauce, 1 cup fresh mozzarella

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Remove from oven and preheat oven to 375ºF. In large pan, layer noodles, tomato sauce, and mozz sticks. When layering is done, top with fresh mozzarella. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool and get eatin’.

3. Mozzarella Stick and Balsamic Tomato Crostini

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, 12 (1/2-inch) baguette slices, olive oil, 2 cups chopped tomatoes, 3 tablespoons chopped basil, 3 tablespoons Balsamic vinaigrette, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Remove from oven and preheat oven to 400ºF. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush olive oil over both sides. Bake 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

In a small bowl, mix together tomatoes, basil, and dressing. Cut cooked mozzarella sticks into halves.

Assemble crostini by placing half a mozzarella stick on each piece of toasted bread. Top with tomato mixture, and add salt and pepper to taste. Fancily enjoy.

4. Mini Deep-Dish Mozzarella Stick Pizzas

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, muffin tins, 1 jar tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, all of your desired pizza toppings

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Cut cooked mozz sticks in half and squish them into the bottom of your muffin tins so they line the bottoms. On top of mozz sticks, layer tomato sauce, cheese, and any other desired toppings.

Bake mini pizzas at 350ºF for 10 minutes. Let cool, remove from muffin tins, and enjoy.

5. Mozzarella Stick Nachos

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks; 1 pound ground beef; 1 packet taco seasoning; 1–2 cups shredded cheese; desired amounts of sour cream, pico de gallo, black olives, and diced cilantro

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. While mozz sticks are baking, cook ground beef with taco seasoning until beef is browned and cooked through.

When mozz sticks are done, remove from oven and top with cooked beef and cheese. Put back in oven until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with sour cream, pico de gallo, black olives, and diced cilantro. Eat up.

6. Mozzarella Stick Hot Dogs

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, hot dogs, buns, desired condiments

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. When they’ve cooled, carefully slice them down the middle, creating a pocket.

Cook hot dogs as desired. When done, place hot dog inside the mozzarella stick pocket. Place mozzarella stick hot dog inside hot dog bun. Top with your favorite condiments and enjoy.

7. Mozzarella Stick Macaroni-and-Cheese Casserole

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, 1 pound macaroni, 1 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper to taste, 2 cups milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF, and cook macaroni as directed on the package. While macaroni and mozz sticks are cooking, combine 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese with flour and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Combine cheese and dry ingredient mixture with cooked macaroni and pour into pan. On top, layer cooked mozzarella sticks. Pour milk over everything and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes and enjoy.

8. Baked Mozzarella Stick Tartlet

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, mini phyllo tart shells, 1 ripe pear cut into small pieces, honey to taste

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Remove from oven and set oven at 400ºF. Cut mozzarella sticks into small square pieces. Line a pan with parchment paper.

Arrange tart shells onto prepared pan. Place a piece of mozzarella stick into each shell. Top mozz stick with diced pear and drizzle with honey.

Bake 12–15 minutes and enjoy.

9. Waffle-Ironed Mozzarella Stick Burger Tops

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, a waffle iron, the burger and bun of your choice

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat. Layer mozz sticks in your waffle iron and close. Cook mozzarella sticks for about 2 minutes.

Carefully remove flattened mozzarella sticks from waffle iron and place on top of your favorite burger. Squish in the bun and enjoy.

10. Mozzarella Stick and Tomato Omelet

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon milk, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tomato, cheddar cheese

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Whisk eggs with milk, and add salt and pepper. When mozz sticks are done, cut them into small pieces.

Pour egg mixture into a warm skillet. Let cook, without stirring, until it starts to set. Before eggs are cooked through, layer pieces of mozz sticks, cut-up tomato, and cheddar cheese onto one side of the egg. Flip the unloaded half onto the loaded side, and cook until cheese is melted and omelet is cooked through. Enjoy your breakfast.

11. Mozzarella Stick Chicken Parm Sub

You’ll need: Farm Rich mozzarella sticks, frozen chicken cutlets, 1 jar tomato sauce, 4 hero rolls cut in half lengthwise, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Bake mozzarella sticks for 10 minutes at 450ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. While they’re cooking, heat frozen chicken cutlets as well. In small sauce pan, heat up tomato sauce.

In a rimmed sheet pan lined with parchment paper, place hero rolls cut-side up. Toast lightly until golden brown. Place chicken cutlets on bottom half of hero rolls and top with a layer of mozzarella sticks. Toast again until the mozz sticks begin to melt.

Add spoonfuls of warm tomato sauce and close sandwich. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy immediately.
