BASIC TOMATO SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 yellow onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup tomato paste
28 ounces canned diced tomatoes
3 cups chicken broth
FARM RICH GRILLED CHEESE STICK PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place grilled cheese sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in center rack.
- Bake for 9–10 minutes. Set aside.
SOUP PREPARATION:
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil. Add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes or until onions have softened. Add tomato paste and saute for another 2–3 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

- Pour soup into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour soup back into pot and heat until hot.
TOMATO SOUP W/ ALPHABET PASTA & MEATBALLS
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup cooked alphabet pasta
½ cup Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs
PREPARATION:
- Cook meatballs according to package directions. Once done, set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, fill ⅔ with water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta about 7 minutes until done. Strain and set aside.
- Add alphabet pasta and meatballs to soup.
CREAMY TOMATO SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons heavy cream
PREPARATION:
- Stir heavy cream into tomato soup. Place on stove and gently warm until hot.
FIESTA TOMATO SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon cubed avocado
2 slices jalapeño
A few sprigs of cilantro
PREPARATION:
- Pour tomato soup in a bowl. Dollop in salsa, sour cream, and avocado. Place jalapeño slices and cilantro leaves on top.
BUTTER CURRY TOMATO SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon butter
PREPARATION:
- Stir curry powder and butter into tomato soup. Place on stove and gently warm until hot.
