1 package Farm Rich Mozzarella Bites

14 ounces canned crushed tomatoes

8 ounces tomato paste

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons dried basil

2 tablespoons dried parsley

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

2 teaspoons onion powder

DIRECTIONS:

In medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine ingredients and stir until it reaches a simmer, then place in a serving bowl and chill until serving.

YOU'LL NEED:

2 packages Farm Rich Grilled Cheese Sticks

14 ounces canned cranberry sauce

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

2/3 cup apple juice

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Bake Grilled Cheese Sticks for 10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.

In a blender, blend canned cranberry sauce, apple sauce, and apple juice until it reaches a smooth consistency. In a pot over medium heat, combine cran-apple mixture and apple cider vinegar and bring it to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid caramelization. Remove heat and drizzle over Farm Rich Grilled Cheese Sticks for a festive twist on an old favorite!

Sweet and Savory Cranberry Meatballs

YOU'LL NEED:

1 package Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs

14 ounces jellied cranberry

2 cups chili sauce

16 ounces water chestnuts

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:

Toothpicks

DIRECTIONS:

In a slow cooker, combine and mix jellied cranberry and chili sauce, then set to medium heat.

Create mini kebabs: Use a toothpick to spear one water chestnut and one meatball (very lightly thawed). Then line the slow cooker with the assembled kebabs. Cook for 4 hours or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F — then bring to the party for the perfect no-fuss appetizer!

Poppable Meatball Cornbread Muffins

YOU'LL NEED:

1 package Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs

1 box cornbread mix (plus any ingredients listed on the box)

3/4 cup orange juice

3/4 cup sugar

8 ounces frozen cranberries

DIRECTIONS:

Follow the instructions for the cornbread mix. Once prepared, pour batter into a greased muffin tin. Add one meatball to each tin and cover with additional batter if desired, then bake muffins according to instructions. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine orange juice and sugar and mix until dissolved. Add frozen cranberries and stir until cranberries pop. Remove heat and place into bowl before the sauce thickens and sets. Top meatball cornbread with homemade cranberry sauce and get partying.

Stuffing-Topped Potato Skins

YOU'LL NEED:

1 package Farm Rich Loaded Potato Skins

3 tablespoons butter

1 cup chopped onions

1 cup chopped celery

2 cups chicken broth

14-ounce bag dry seasoned stuffing

12-ounce can gravy (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add butter, onions, and celery and stir until tender. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil, add the bagged dry stuffing mix, remove heat, and stir. Add stuffing to a greased 8x8 cooking pan, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.

After stuffing is finished baking, place potato skins in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 16–18 minutes and top potato skins with stuffing and gravy drizzle for all the festive flavors in one bite!

Festive Cranberry Salsa

YOU'LL NEED:

1 package Farm Rich Avocado Slices, Farm Rich Jalapeño Peppers, or Farm Rich Chicken Fiesta Roll-Ups

14 ounces canned cranberry sauce

1 1/2 cups cilantro, chopped

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1 jalapeño pepper, minced

2 limes

1/2 cup white sugar

Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

In a blender or food processor, combine cranberry sauce, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño pepper, juice from 2 limes, sugar, salt, and pepper until it reaches a medium consistency. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pairs deliciously with Farm Rich Avocado Slices, Jalapeño Peppers and Chicken Fiesta Roll-Ups. Holiday potluck success: achieved!

Garlic Bacon-Wrapped Mozz Sticks

YOU'LL NEED:

1 package Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks

3 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

5 ounces precooked bacon

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange mozzarella sticks on a nonstick cooking sheet and use a basting brush to spread the garlic mixture. Wrap a precooked bacon strip around each mozzarella stick with the ends of bacon facing down so they don’t unravel. Cook for 10–11 minutes and enjoy the accolades!

Loaded Christmas Tree Meatball Bites

YOU'LL NEED:

1 package Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs

24 ounces marinara sauce

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1 cup chopped basil

1 tube biscuit dough

1/2 stick butter

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1/4 cup parsley, chopped (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake meatballs for 20–22 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. In a medium bowl, combine marinara sauce, garlic, and basil. Open biscuit dough, cut in half, and roll until flat. Place one cooked meatball in the center of each piece of dough, then spoon the marinara mixture on top before pinching the dough edges together.

In a small mixing bowl, melt butter. On a nonstick cooking pan, arrange dough balls into a Christmas tree formation, brush with butter, and sprinkle Parmesan. Top with parsley if desired and bake for 15–20 minutes. Present to the host with pride.

Not Your Average Herbed Ranch Dressing

YOU’LL NEED:

1 package Farm Rich Buffalo Style Boneless Chicken Bites OR Farm Rich BBQ Style Boneless Chicken Bites

1 1/4 cup light mayonnaise

3/4 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup sour cream

1/3 cup basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

2 1/2 tablespoons chives, chopped

2 tablespoons dried oregano

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS:

In a medium mixing bowl, mix light mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream. Stir in basil, parsley, chives, and dried oregano to mixture, then add white vinegar and Worcestershire, mix until thoroughly combined, and chill.

Upon serving, preheat oven to 425°F.

Arrange chicken bites in a single layer on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 8 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 8–9 minutes. Serve up chicken bites alongside your homemade ranch for something everyone will want to dip into!
