Solve Content Issues With Explainer Videos

There is this issue with search engines that is called ‘duplicate content’, duplicate content confuse the search engines’ algorithms when the same content is found on multiple URLs, the algorithm won’t know which one to display in the search result, and it won’t be right if exactly the same content is displayed on all the search results. Plagiarism hinders the SEO of websites, including the site where the contents originated from. One way to avoid this is using blog style and including posting date, this way the search engine can compare other similar blog-styled contents and decide which one is the oldest and original, but still yet, this method is not 100% effective.

The most effective method to prevent duplicate content and boost SEO is creating video content; videos are harder to duplicate; a unique video designed with brand identity will be difficult to duplicate, especially explainer videos. Designing explainer videos require incorporating brand identity and someone else duplicating this type of video is just like promoting your brand; no other similar brand will want to do that. Explainer videos also provide solutions to other content-related issues such as conciseness, dynamicity, etc. The sole purpose of an explainer video is to explain something (products, services, context, idea) you would explain in texts, explainer video covers who you are, what you do/products/idea, and what benefit your audience will derive. Here are five ways you can use explainer videos to solve content issues:

1.Infographics; infographics is a breakdown or presentation of data using mathematical charts and diagrams. Using an explainer video coupled with the right infographics is the best way to present statistical data. Infographics explainer videos combine lots of charts with little texts and motion to pass across useful information.

2.Testimonials; testimonials is an excellent way to convert prospects to clients, a short explainer video featuring authentic testimonials can win your audience hearts and make them believe in what you are offering. Testimonials portray your business to the public in a convincing manner.

3.3D videos: 3D explainer videos are great when explaining the inner part of an object; the shifting of angles, adjusting depths and shadows dynamically, and the explainer voice over are more efficient when breaking down objects in a visual manner than plain texts.

4.Whiteboard Animation: instead of using a paragraphs to explain a context, it could simply be drawn, and with the addition of natural voiceover, your audience won’t miss what the context represents.

5.Kinetic Typography videos; this very similar to text content, but instead of overwhelming your audience with long paragraphs of text, why not present it in a visually appealing way. More like presentation slides, Kinetic Typography Videos tell a story in with texts in synch with voice and animation effects.

The brain usually assimilates visuals faster than text; that is why you remember things you’ve seen more than things you read about. There is a saying that: “Picture speaks louder than words”, videos even speak better. However a disorganized explainer video can never serve its purpose, learn how to create a fantastic explainer video content here
