    Copenhagen – Kastrup International Airport

    This airport is located on the Amager Island, 8 km from the center of Copenhagen, the capital city of Denmark, and 24 km from the center of Malmö. The airport occupies almost 12 km2. It offers about 60 permanent connections, being able to perform 83 flight operations per hour.

    International passengers are most common. One can use an airport bus to move around the airport. It departures every 15 minutes (every 20 minutes at a certain time during the night). In order to get to Copenhagen, Malmö, Göteborg, Kalmar, Karlskrona and Kristianstad, you can get the DSB Øresund train, which stops at Terminal 3. One can also easily find a connection to cities bordering with Germany and Sweden. The subway offers a swift connection with the center of Copenhagen. The train departures every 4 minutes during rush hours! Besides that, there are also many bus lines. The stops are just next to the airport. Copenhagen – Kastrup Airport was a set for several action movies, both Danish and Swedish. Also, a part of a German American action movie from 1971 was shot there (starring Goldie Hawn and Warren Beaty).
