Colors was originally set to release in the Summer of 2017 but ended up being released in the Fall. However, it was the album that extended the summer-time feelings. 2. Science Fiction by Brand New You were not in control of your emotional situation listening to this album. This was also a hard year for the band after Jesse Lacey was accused of sexual misconduct on a minor. Jesse did admit fault and claimed to be seeking treatment for his sex addition. 3. Melodrama by Lorde We do not deserve her. 4. AFI (The Blood Album) by AFI The Blood Album rekindled my love for AFI. 5. Zombies on Broadway by Andrew McMahon and the Wilderness The brightest and most playful album of 2017. There were so many sounds that even when it was sad, it was happy and exciting. 6. Rainbow by Kesha After some hard years, Kesha blew us all away with Rainbow. That high note tho. 7. The Amulet by Circa Survive The hands-down best album Circa Survive has ever made. 8. Dead in the Shadow by To Speak Of Wolves The boys in To Speak Of Wolves released an EP in September 2016 after a six year hiatus. This new full-length album is the comeback of the century. 9. Concrete and Gold by Foo Fighters It's Dave Grohl and he is a god. End of story. 10. A Black Mile to the Surface by Manchester Orchestra This album was a phenomenal follow up from the Cope/Hope albums.
