American Eagle is paying associates for any shifts they previously had scheduled during the closure, but the day before they closed, they decided to shorten the hours they were open, and cut a lot of shifts because of it.

I work at American Eagle currently, and we schedule 1-2 weeks out, so if you had any shifts scheduled out during the time we closed, you will get paid for those shifts. What’s shady is the day before they decided to closed, the reduced their hours, and changed/cut a lot of shifts.…

Okay but some of these are definitely lakes, ponds, and creek/river/swimming holes. So not TECHNICALLY the ocean. I believe thalassophobia is just fear of any deep water though
