You're already a positive and inspiring person, so why not amp that up? Reflect every day on how much you have, instead of focusing on what's missing. Say thank you always, and your positive energy will influence others around you to be more grateful too.

Take time to count your blessings

When it comes to being selfless, it's something you definitely want to do more of. It's just not always easy to make the time for it. So starting now, make the choice to be an even more giving person by working volunteer opportunities into your daily life. You'll help others while helping yourself.

Volunteer more

You often crave a little relaxation but don't get it nearly as much as you'd like. Make a habit of carving out time for yourself every day, even if it's just sitting with a glass of wine and watching your favorite show. You deserve it!
