The internet is collectively losing its mind over a recent discovery that Fireball Whisky contains propylene glycol, a compound used in antifreeze.

But because the Food and Drug Administration considers propylene glycol "generally safe" when consumed at appropriate levels, many items you use every day contain the compound. All facts come from Dow, a supplier of propylene glycol.
