Sure, this car is relatively empty, but there are no free seats, so you're going to have to stand the whole time if you pick it. Who wants to be sniffing Business Boy's armpits for 30 minutes? Choose again.

An empty subway car can only mean ONE THING. Someone or something has taken a shit in this car. It smells bad enough to peel the paint right off the walls. Get outta there, fast!

POOP CAR!

You're not going to make it out of this car with your nose bone intact. Better choose again.

Breakdancer.

This car just has a bad vibe, you know? Choose again.

Bad vibe.

You can click the volume up on your headphones all you want, but nothing will drown out the bloodcurdling cries of that baby. Choose again.

Screaming baby.

Look at 'em, taking pictures on the subway like it's some kind of memorable experience. Ugh, they talk so loud and they keep falling over whenever the train stops. You gotta pick another car.

Tourists!

OK, OK, I know there's a guy with a bike, which can be the worst if you're trying to find space to stand. But look! There's a free seat! Grab it and you might just get home with only a few crushed toes.

Relatively good car!

This is the rat's car now. Choose another.

Rat!

Oh, this is no good. A group of schoolkids are using the train to get to their field trip at the Museum of Natural History. They're VERY excited and they keep pretending to be dinosaurs, which is cute but distracting from your book. Choose another car.
