Response to 27 Everyday Things You Never Knew Had Names:
Already knew “tintinnabulation,” “Brannock Device” and “Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon.” A few of the others sounded familiar once I read them. Other than that, yay for learning new words! Also, I just have to mention the St. Paul Pioneer Press’s “Bulletin Board” in regards to the Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon, as that is where I learned of it. Reading this article may not have been a B-M, since I’ve been familiar with the phenomenon for years, but it was certainly a delightful Joys of Juxtaposition! =D
Response to 15 Forgotten TV Shows Of The ’90s:
I loved Ghostwriter! Hah, scratch that, I STILL love Ghostwriter. ^_^ Rob was always my favorite. The one where he got stuck down in the abandoned subway tunnel? I remember being so worried, I totally thought he was stuck down there for days/weeks…when I found it on youtube, it was weird to realize that it was actually just for a few hours - it only seemed like longer because the story arcs were split into 4 or 5 episodes, with only one episode a week. Craziness. Seriously though, that show taught me so much. Ghostwriter <3

The Rock at Northwestern College, painted with the Human Rights Campaign logo. Proof that not all Northwestern students are like this. Some students voted no.
