This was my first carry-on to have four-way wheels, and what a huge difference that makes when moving through long security lines. It glides well in all directions. The outer shell seems impervious to scratches. The case is a tiny bit shorter than my old ones, and this has made a huge difference in terms of fitting snugly into the overhead compartments. Promising review: "Probably the best piece of luggage I've ever had. Bought in 2013 for a short summer trip to LA. Fun, easy to identify coming off the luggage carousel (if you are checking), fits an amazing amount of stuff, light, and just plain fun.
