44 Products To Help With All Your Oddly Specific Body Needs

Your one-stop shop to soothe ingrown hair, fade old scars, kick migraines to the curb, and soooo much more.

    1. A shampoo scalp massager you can use in the shower to massage and exfoliate your scalp, helping with psoriasis, dandruff, and scalp tenderness. It's also just like, the biggest spa vibe you can get — reviewers say it feels like someone washing their hair in the salon.

I started using one of these and WOWZA, it really helps you get extra mileage out of your shampoo. I have a whole lot of hair on my head so sometimes it's a struggle to feel like I've soaped up my whole scalp thorough, but this was a very effective way to spread out the suds and really get them to the roots. I was worried it might tangle in my hair, but it was totally fine on that front, too. I've noticed that my hair has been less greasy at the roots since I started using it. And I'm echoing a ton of reviewers here when I say it just feels reeeeeally, really nice.

Promising review: "I’ve suffered from dry skin and a dry scalp ever since I turned 30. The only thing that helps me is exfoliating. I was initially concerned that the product would be too rough and damage my sensitive scalp or too soft and ineffective. However, this brush is perfect for me. It does not tangle my long hair, it is easy to use and just firm enough to get the job done. My scalp no longer itches and the icky buildup is gone. I can’t believe something so affordable has made such a difference in the health of my scalp. I’ve used expensive shampoos and conditioners to no end with barely a difference. I wish I discovered this product much sooner!" —AH

    2. A knee stabilizer band for knee pain relief both in the short term *and* long term, whether you get it from running, hiking, team sports, or jumping up and down every time you hear a Bruno Mars song start playing at a wedding reception.

Promising review: "Oh my god! I have had bad knees for decades and I have tried so many braces but they're hot, they migrate down, and I have to constantly pull them up, so I just don't wear them. But my knees are so bad it's hard to walk sometimes and so I wanted to try something different and this looked really simple, and, if it didn't work I wasn't out, not much money. So I tried it and it's amazing! Instant relief. I even took it off to see if maybe my knees weren't feeling the pain and the pain came back after a moment so I know it was working. Weather really mess with them. Living in the Midwest means spring and fall transitions are awful and the extreme cold and storms wreak havoc on my knees. I shouldn't be this excited about a product but I literally carry this in my purse." —Meghan Dray

    3. A bottle of Drop It, a natural wine sulfate and tannin remover that works its magic on your glass in just 20 seconds, so you can rest easy with your nightly glass of Pinot knowing you've spared yourself the infamous Post-Wine Headache or allergic reactions.

    Emma Lord/BuzzFeed

It's also a lot more cost-effective and environmentally friendly than wine wands or other competitors — a single bottle of this can be used to treat up to 55 glasses of wine, as opposed to wands that can only do a few glasses each before they get tossed. Drop It recommends one to two drops for each glass of white wine, two to three for a glass of red, and seven to nine if you're treating the whole bottle at once. Once it's in the glass, swirl lightly for 20 seconds, and you should be raring to go!

Promising review: "I became really sensitive to wine in my 30s and through a lot of trial and painful error, I thought I might have to give up on wine altogether. Then I found out about the preservatives being a possible cause and decided to give this product a shot. So glad I did!! I'm still pretty sensitive to reds but this helps tremendously so that I can have a glass with dinner without a headache immediately settling in. Whites cause me no problem what so ever! I love that it takes so little product to make a difference to a whole bottle. Just a few drops, a few minutes, and we are good to go." —CastawayIrons

    4. foot file that'll remove calluses and hard or cracked skin from your feet with some gentle, pain-free rubbing that will leave your heels feeling gloriously soft.

Promising review: "This is the perfect tool to invest in to maintain soft and healthy feet in between pedicures. It has saved me lots of money because I'm able to space out my pedicures more often now. I've found the best results are when I use it after I shower and then I moisturize when I'm finished. I would recommend going easy the first couple of times because it's difficult to know how much callus/skin you're actually removing in the moment. Highly recommend though!" —Nikki Moody

    5. A neuropathy cream made with castor oil, valerian root, peppermint, and hemp flower that specifically targets nerve pain, and may help if you've got localized pain spots to deal with.

    Body Essentials Herbal Care/Etsy

Body Essentials Herbal Care is a Colorado-based, woman-owned Etsy shop established in 2015 that specializes in zero-waste hair- and skincare.

Promising review: "I will always buy this for my dad. He's diabetic, has advanced neuropathy in his feet and ankles, worked 40+ years as a meat cutter on a cemented floor, and has Charko (the calcification of veins, with limited ankle joint rotation). I rub this AMAZING cream onto his feet before bed every night. If I don't he wakes up in pain and his feet/ankle joints are stiff. This cream is a godsend." —uenaverin160

    6. An earwax removal kit so you don't have to wait until your yearly physical for your doctor to be like "um WHOA" and fix it for you. This is quicker, easier, and will be a huge relief for those of us waxy individuals who sometimes wake up in the morning with an ear so fully clogged up that it feels like you're underwater.

Y'all, this stuff is no joke — you can check out the earwax removal kit customer reviews to see the GOBS it is taking outta people's canals.

Promising review: "I’ve been waking up deaf in one ear recently and didn’t know what to do. It drove me nuts and I tried and tried to stick things in my ear to dig anything that I could out, which probably made it worse. So I finally did some research and found this, which is pretty cheap, and decided to try it out. And I am SO glad I did. I got an M&M-size nugget out of each of my ears! I can hear so well now that it’s actually tripping me out a little bit. How I used it: I bought the box that comes with the rubber bulb syringe. This wouldn’t have worked if I didn’t have that. I laid down on my side and put the Debrox in my ear until it felt like my ear was full, then I just let it soak in there for 20 minutes. I flushed it out with water that was hot, but not enough to be uncomfortable with squirting it into my ear canal. I flushed it as hard as I could, and in all angles. I had to do this 30–40 times before the nugget came out, so just be patient. I did my left ear first and didn’t get much out so I thought it didn’t have anything in it. But then I did my right ear and got a nugget. You will know when your ear is completely cleaned out because the water won’t stay in your ear, and obviously your hearing will immediately be improved. That’s how I knew I had to do my left ear again, and then I got another nugget. So just be patient with it and try it multiple times if needed. Definitely get this if you’re having problems with earwax, it is so worth it!" —Amazon Customer

    7. A bottle of sulfate-free biotin shampoo that not only helps with hair loss using its unique blend of tea tree, jojoba, and argan oils, but can also help prevent dandruff, clear scalp buildup, and hydrate your hair.

Promising review: "I love this shampoo! I had gastric sleeve surgery and my hair was very, very thin. I started taking biotin and switched to biotin shampoo as recommended by my doctor. It doesn’t make your hair grow by washing it but it makes your hair and roots stronger. And it worked. After using the whole bottle, my hair was stronger. I had a lot of new growth that was sticking around (the previous new growth fell out early on) and my hair was getting thicker. Eight months later, my hair is back to normal. It's longer and thicker than ever. I still use it twice a week and love it! I’m not crazy about the way it smells but others love it when they smell my hair." —Diane J. Huff

    8. A suuuper popular Bio-Oil made with vitamins A and E, chamomile, and lavender that people use to help fade scars and dark spots (both old and new!). Psst — you can also use it to soothe cracked and dry skin, help moisturize without affecting your pores, and help with dry and painful skin on your hands from handwashing and sanitizing.

FWIW re: scars, though, this stuff really works. I had thyroid surgery a few years ago and Bio-Oil took me from looking like I'd stumbled out of the Red Wedding to virtually no detectable scar within a few months. All I did was apply it once in the morning and once at night.

Promising review: "I noticed my skin started to get dry and tight after I took a shower, especially in the winter time. I used to use expensive creams like Clinique but it didn't seem like it was enough. I saw this at Costco at a very reasonable price compared to what I was paying at Macy's so I thought I'd try it out. Just a couple of drops and my face immediately felt soft and supple! This lasted throughout the day and two little drops covered my face and neck area. Gradually after a few months, friends and acquaintances would comment how pretty my skin was. If you use more than two or three drops on your face and neck, you're using too much. One bottle lasted me six months or more. Costco no longer carries this and after making do with Aveeno facial moisturizer, it is no substitute to what Bio-Oil does for me." —Lynn La Pointe

    9. A set of itty-bitty dermaplaning razors you can use to take care of those lil' unibrow hairs that keep dodging your tweezers or work whatever face fuzzies you might want to take care of in a gentle way.

This tool also helps soften skin by gently exfoliating as you use it!

Promising review: "I love these things. They get rid of all the peach fuzz on my face! My makeup goes on smoothly. They are great for exfoliating and help product get in the skin better. My skin looks great and I'm 45. I hope they never stop making these things! If skeptical about how to use them, watch some YouTube videos. Now I feel like a pro using them. Highly recommend." —crackalackin

    10. A bottle of nail and cuticle repair oil that you simply brush on your nail beds once a day to condition and strengthen all those brittle spots and painful hangnails, leaving you with thick, strong nails and nail beds you're not tempted to pick at all the livelong day.

Promising review: "It's a miracle! I had peeling, weak nails for years. Tried everything. A friend recommended a nail strengthener they saw on QVC. It was quite pricey and I wanted to make sure it was worth it so I read the reviews. One of the comments said just buy Solar Oil. Since it was much more affordable than the QVC stuff, I tried it. I bought it in February. This bottle size lasted a bit more than a month religiously applying it two to three times a day. I was really seeing great improvement so I bought another bottle in late March. By May, all the peeling had grown out and my nails were getting stronger every day. I then bought the big 4-ounce refill bottle because I never want to run out of it again! Cannot recommend this stuff enough!" —Diana

    11. A stick of Body Glide anti-chafing balm you can apply between your thighs or under your bra to avoid all that skin irritation in ~hot spots~ you get from sweating, rubbing, or hanging out in the heat.

A model applying the balm to her inner thigh
Model applying balm under a sports bra band
    Amazon, Amazon

I swear by this to the point where if I can't find it before a run, I just won't go out, LOLOL. My boobs chafe SO BADLY under my sports bra bands, no matter what kind I'm wearing, but putting on a tiny bit of this before I leave works like a charm. Absolutely no more friction and no more going "OW OW OW" in the shower because my literal boob wounds were stinging.

Promising review: "I had a terrible summer in Florida this year with the high temps and humidity and started to chafe every time I wore my sport bra (five times a week) so bad. It was painful and my skin was breaking in places all along my sport bra band. Powder and/or Vaseline did not help. I found this product, and have not had even one episode of chafing once I started using it. It's easy to apply; I just put it anywhere my sports bra band touches, front and back. haven't chafed not one time since I started using it." —Heather

Reviewers also swear by this migraines and cooling down on hot days, so it's multitalented.

Promising review: "I was skeptical about this product. I wasn't sure how it was much different than rolling any other frozen thing on your body. I'm beyond pleasantly surprised. I've used it for sinus pain, migraines, swollen neck glands, under-eye circles/bags, inflamed acne, TMJ pain, etc. Not to mention, when I use it on my face, it leaves my skin feeling tight and wakes me up in the mornings. It also stays cold for forever but never sweats or leaves water behind. It's like magic. I also bought one for my mom who suffers from nerve damage in her arms and legs. I think it'll really help when she has bad pain days." —Jessica McRee

    13. A stainless-steel tongue scraper that a lot of reviewers bought to prevent bad breath, but ended up loving even *more* because it made their mouth feel so squeaky clean (and in a lot of cases, made their taste buds experience flavor a lot more intensely!).

reviewer pic of yellow tinged tongue
reviewer pic of same user's tongue now clean

Promising review: "I have entered into a new era of oral hygiene with this product. I've always brushed by tongue each time I brush my teeth but I couldn't help but feel that it was a futile attempt at controlling the growing white carpet on my tongue. Enter cheap plastic tongue scrapers. They were clunky, broke easily, and produced minimal results. Soon, I gave up and returned to my tongue brushing. Then I spotted this product. It arrived and I immediately tried it out. The design makes it easy to reach the back of the tongue with minimal gagging. The first scrape produced particularly nasty results on the metal tool. After the first pass, you get diminishing returns. Two or three swipes is all it takes to have a clean tongue." —The Yodler

    14. A pair of super-comfy period-proof underwear designed to hold two tampons' worth of period blood. Not only are these a great alternative to pads and tampons, they're also ideal for overnight protection (you can pair them with a pad if you have a heavy flow) and for people who are worried about ~leakage~ during sports or physical activities — I personally always wear period-proof undies when I go on runs on my period and it has been a MASSIVE godsend.

Also, unlike your regular undies, you don't have to scrub the blood out of these. They're designed so it rinses right out in the sink with soap and warm water, and can get tossed in the washer and dryer from there. You can read the rest of my review on Bambody period underwear for more deets!

Psst — reviewers love these undies, but suggest sizing up!

Promising review: "These are WONDERFUL!! They are super comfortable, soft, have a mild compression to them, breathable, great coverage, not bulky at all, and super absorbent!! You don’t get that metallic blood scent coming through either which I was super skeptical about. So the packaging states that they recommend using these as a backup to another period product like a cup, but I tested the hell out of these babies for my entire period as the only form of protection and left my cup in its drawer. I’m in my 30s. I’m not a super-heavy bleeder but I do have fairly heavy days. For the test I used one panty per day (24 hours) and never once had a leak, wetness feel, smell, felt uncomfortable, or had bulkiness. When I rinsed them out in the sink after the 24-hour test the amount of blood was astonishing. As you rinse it there’s definitely that old-blood kind of metallic smell. Then I just washed them on the gentle cycle and air dried them. Super easy, does take a long time to air-dry though. I’ll likely buy more so that I can have daytime and nighttime sets." —Becky

Promising review: "I'm a runner and battling my second round with plantar fasciitis in the last 10 years. I own compression stockings that go up to the knee but I really like these sock 'sleeves.' Much more comfortable and easy to put on and take off. I immediately noticed strong support. The light weight means you can even wear these at night to accelerate the healing process. Go slow with building back up the mileage and good luck, fellow runners." —V. Brancart

    17. A memory foam seat cushion for your tushy that a lot of reviewers swear by to reduce pressure on their tailbone and help with lower back pain cause from prolonged sitting. Your uncomfy WFH chairs have officially met their match.

Promising review: "In March I was sent out of the office to work from home for the first time. Not having a proper setup yet I sat at the kitchen table and began working 10+ hour days. After a week I noticed pelvic and lower back pain, radiating down my left leg. I was sure something was seriously wrong with me. After a clear ultrasound we determined it was sciatica from sitting on a hard wood dining chair! This cushion has literally cured me. I am now more conscious to take breaks throughout the day and walk the dog longer on my lunches as well. But I really believe the cushion is what has made the biggest difference. I'm 30! Never thought I could be hurt by poor seating." —Amazon Customer

    18. A set of Sea Bands, which target an acupressure point on your wrists meant to help reduce nausea. Basically, if you're someone who gets motion sickness (is it just me, or is it getting worse as we get older??), morning sickness, migraine nausea, or even nausea brought on by cramps, this may the be thing to take you from 🥴 to 😊.

Promising review: "So I get carsick, seasick, airsick, 3D-movie sick. I get motion sickness at a drop of a hat. Being in my mid-30s, I would have thought I'd grown out of it by now, but no such luck. When I decided to go on a second cruise, I bought these thinking they wouldn't do anything and that I would return them once I got home. I was pleasantly surprised and found that these helped me tremendously. I wore them all the time over the course of my five-day cruise and was never sick during my vacation. I was stunned. My first cruise I got so seasick the first day and ended up in a foggy haze the rest of the trip since I took so much Dramamine. Considering how cheap these were compared to popping pills, I should have bought them a long time ago. Great little product and I can't believe how well they worked. I bought a second pair for the car, so if I ever feel sick, I can just put these on. I would highly recommend, even for the skeptical." —KristinaK

Promising review: "Let me be as blunt as I can be here. I have no idea how I will ever go back to normal pooping. I'm in my thirties and I pooped just fine thank you very much. I got this for two family members who were older and ended up with a three pack. I literally left the third one in the extra room for a month then thought 'ah heck let's put it by the toilet.' Well, let me tell you, the only bad things about this is I don't have time to play on my phone any more in the bathroom. I basically assume the position and I'm done in 20 seconds. No waiting for the body to get ready or rocking back and forth. I know this is a stupid idea in some ways. Except...except...it actually really works. And heck, why can't we talk about pooping! It’s been bad enough that every step hurts and at times I hobble around like an old person and I’m only in my 30s. I bought this thinking that at least it’s cheap and it couldn’t hurt. Well, let me tell you, I’ve only used it twice, but I’m already ready to call it a lifesaver. I just absentmindedly rolled it around with my foot for a few minutes, then got up to go do something and was shocked to find that my foot didn’t hurt for the first time in WEEKS! I didn’t even feel like I was doing anything when I was using it, but apparently I was! I’m shocked, pleased, and very grateful." —wendy

I've been struggling with cotton swabs to fully remove the stones but couldn't get rid of them and they would just come back within the week. I received this and OMFG...best investment ever. 25. A podiatrist-level toenail clipper to quickly and easily take care of thicker toenails, but also those painful ingrown ones that you usually have to go to a salon or a doctor to get relief from.

Hello, my toenails are a problem children for two reasons: one is that they're kinda thick, the other is that I'm a long-distance runner, which doesn't play nice with toenails. I bought this recently and the difference it made immediately was ENORMOUS. Like I usually dread approaching my big toenails because they are so thick, but these painlessly and seamlessly lobbed the tops right off; I was also able to ~gently correct~ a toenail that was starting to get ingrown, and help cut down a dead toenail that needed trimming but would have been painful to approach with a regular clipper.

Promising review: "We bought this for our teen grandson to use for an ingrown toenail because he was not able to go to a nail salon that he trusted to fix this problem. It worked perfectly. He was so pleased with the result as it took care of his painful problem! Thank you for making a fantastic product. Every household should own one, especially during this COVID-19 health crisis!" —T.S.

    Rebecca O'Connell / BuzzFeed

This works on mosquitoes, bees, wasps, biting flies, sea lice, and more (although TBH, if this list of bugs gets any longer I may just stay indoors forever!!).

Promising review: "When I get mosquito bites, they normally swell up to the size of a penny. They last for weeks and even after they've finally stopped itching, I am left with bruising that sticks around for months. In the summer I'm normally soaked in DEET, but those blood sucking demons have found a way to bite me through any kind of repellant AND my clothes. I've tried everything from rubbing alcohol, to cortisone, to prescription itching medications, and absolutely nothing has saved me from wanting to rip my skin off... until now. Good god is this thing magical — I honestly cannot recommend it enough. After 20 seconds I couldn't feel a thing. The itching immediately dissipated and the rash was already lightening up. I'm telling you this thing is MAGICAL. Less than 12 hours after using it and my bite is gone." —gobrowns

BioMed DB Design is a Washington-based small business established in 2010 that specializes in ergonomically designed hot and cold therapy packs.

For a half hour of heat, you can microwave it for two minutes; for cold therapy, you can leave it in the freezer.

Promising review: "The neck and shoulder heater came on time. I love the style of it with the upright collar. Stays warm for a half hour and the main reason I bought it was because it wasn't scented...had a hard time finding a neck warmer that wasn't aromatherapy. Very well made. I toss it in the microwave, throw it over my shoulders, and sit in my recliner and heat up my neck, then do some neck stretches as warm muscles are more flexible. Has been a godsend for my stiff-tight neck muscles, keep up the good work!!!" —Kathy

Promising review: "I was diagnosed with neck arthritis and got physical therapy treatment done last year. After the treatment the pain came back and I was struggling to manage the pain with upper body stretches and isometric neck exercises. Cardio workout was making the pain worst. This cervical traction device is a big pain relief. I have been using this device for about 10 days . I have seen a great improvement and can sleep better. Hopefully life will get back to normal soon!!!" —Hershey

Here's what BuzzFeeder Melanie Aman has to say about it: "Exercising has been a huge boost to my mental health during quarantine, but the DOMS, man — the DOMS hurt like hell!! I'm talking hurts to walk, hurts to lower myself and sit, hurts to stand up, hurts to lift things heavier than a stuffed animal, hurts to exist. I learned early on that this little gadget was suuuuuuuuper helpful in reducing my discomfort and loosening my tight, angry muscles. While jackhammering my calves and thighs is not an incredibly fun experience (TBH it hurts, especially when I'm massaging already sore muscles) but I know the next day I'll wake up with significantly less pain."

    30. A set of ever-handy Nip Strips, adhesive strips you can put on your nipples if they chafe against your bra or shirt (that don't hurt to take off!).

Promising review: "These were a revelation for me. I get VERY sweaty on summer runs (complete shirt and shorts saturation) and that often results in nipple chafing. I've tried bandaids and athletic tape and I sweat them right off. These have held remarkably well for 1.5+ hour runs in July heat and humidity." —lilloquacious

Promising review: "This has been a lifesaver. My daughter was born and was labeled an aggressive eater and we were having latch problems because of it. She destroyed my nipples in a 24-hour period and my lactation consultant gave me the Medela stuff. It just wasn't helping much and my nipples were scabbed and bleeding. So I took to the internet to look for some magic cure and stumbled across this stuff. Lots of great reviews from bloggers and the reviews on Amazon seemed promising. So I ordered it and waited in anticipation. Once I received it I immediately applied it and felt instant relief! Fast-forward a week later and I'm healed up! I still use it because the nips get dry but it's a godsend." —Victoria Davis

    33. A bottle of Tend Skin Solution to help take care of painful razor bumps, ingrown hair, and razor burn so you don't have to spend hours psyching yourself up to shave knowing that you're gonna be dodging a bazillion sensitive spots on your skin.

Promising review: "After many years of razor burn on my face/neck, I finally broke down and bought this per friend's recommendation. I have sensitive skin and had given up hope that anything could help. This totally changed my outlook on shaving. My neck especially would be the worst. I dab it on immediately after I rinse and dry, post-shave. It does burn a bit but that goes away pretty quickly. Totally worth it to not have razor burn/bumps anymore. I only apply it once after shaving even though the directions recommend repeat applications the following day. Go ahead and purchase, you won't be disappointed!" —bill nye

Now, when I'm editing my photos, I do have to randomly look without the glasses on just to make sure I'm not making my photos too 'warm,' but looking at a screen for a couple of seconds every so often is nothing compared to the HOURS I was staring at it before. Reviewer's progression photos showing the pads removed a wart on their finger
Different reviewer's progression photos showing the pads removed a dime-size wart

Promising review: "This stuff works! I’ve never had a wart in my life! At first I thought it was a small callus but as months went by it was getting larger. I started to google and realized I had a plantar wart on my thumb! Eww, embarrassing! So I got the freeze off and thought 'This has to work!' Nope! I tried the freeze off three times and nothing! I than realized the same thing was happening on my other thumb, a small callus but I knew that the wart had spread! Now I was desperate to get rid of them and knew I had waited too long! Bought the invisible strips and it removed my small wart in four days and my big wart in eight!! I couldn’t believe it. I left strips on for two days then pulled back the dead skin with a cuticle clipper and reapplied! My bigger wart was a little tougher to removed and I had irritated my skin trying to cut it out, so I left it alone for few days before reapplying strip and by the second 48-hour treatment, it was gone! I thought my skin would be damaged but it looks like nothing was ever there!" —Audrey N.

    41. A tea tree oil foot and body wash to help take care of a *myriad* of foot inconveniences, from athlete's foot to ringworm to toenail fungus to eczema.

Promising review: "This product is amazing and it really works. My husband had athlete's foot (only on one foot) for many years, he tried all the over-the-counter and prescription medications, and nothing worked. His foot was peeling and he would scratch it until it bled. I came across this soap in my search, and one of the reviews gave me hope it would work for my husband. He was hesitant at first, because nothing worked in the past and he had given up on anything working. When he finally tried it, he loved the way his foot felt after. It took about a week or so for us to start seeing the difference. Now, his foot is all clear of the athlete's foot. He's been using it for about two months. I recommend this soap to my friends all the time." —3SpoiledChi’s

    42. A tube of antiperspirant hand cream, because this is *not* a niche problem and it's high time people get a solution that actually works.

Promising review: "I've struggled with a severe case of hyperhidrosis since I was born. I've tried pretty much everything out there, and besides surgery, this is the only product I've found that WORKS. I cannot say how much I LOVE this product. It was so exciting to see a commercial that actually said the word hyperhidrosis instead of excessive sweating. After hearing that on the TV I knew I had to try this product and I'm so glad I did. Other products give you this awful tingling sensation that burns. This doesn't! Once you apply it at night, you can't feel it the next morning. It worked for me after one application, and I just can't say enough great things about this. I NEVER review products, but if my review can help this company get more clients who are struggling with hyperhidrosis to try it, then it's worth it. You will not be sorry you tried this!" —Rachel

    43. A set of melatonin sleep patches made with an all-natural blend of melatonin, magnesium, and valerian root to help you gently nod off into dreamland without any of the groggy side effects that come with sleeping pills.

Promising review: "I initially found this patch from people doing TikTok videos and was skeptical. I have to say that they have really been working after using for just two days. I washed my wrist, let it dry, and then applied the patch about an hour before bed. I did not lie awake for an extended amount of time like I usually do nor have I gotten up in the middle of night, which is pretty common as well. Nothing works for everyone however, if you struggle with getting to sleep and/or staying asleep these are well worth a try. Working for me." —CC Renae
