    1. A simply designed pastel mug warmer to keep their tea and coffee warm on their counter even on mornings when they're busy somehow juggling a bajillion things at once with their two mere mortal hands.

I got one of these for my mom for Christmas (her entire kitchen is pink, it is a Big Mood) and can confirm it is QUITE beautiful in person.

Promising review: "I researched so many coffee warmers and am so glad I decided on this one. It definitely keeps my coffee hot, no matter how long it takes me to drink it. I also like that it has three settings. As you drink down your coffee, you can lower the heat because it keeps the coffee very hot. I like it so much I ordered a second one for another part of the house." —hottytoddy

Get it from Amazon for $24.99+ (available in six colors).

    2. Plus a tin of floral-inspired, decaffeinated Harney & Sons Mother's Day tea, because why give Mom a bouquet of flowers when you can give them 30 days of flowers they can drink?

Purple floral tin of Mother's Day tea

Each tin comes with 30 sachets of the tea, which is a chamomile blended with flowers and orange 🌸.

Promising review: "This went over well. Harney & Sons' tins of tea sachets are colorfully enticing and aromatically fulfilling once purchased and opened. The sachets are potent, deliciously appetizing, and can get away with a couple cups worth of tea-making. This edition is definitely sunnily fragrant with orange, fruit and peel, and softened by a bed of chamomile and florals. It smells like a bright bouquet for mom, but soft and subtle enough to be smooth and familiar. It helps my mother's standby is Constant Comment." —adamcgr

    3. A wine caddy for their bath tub that will basically make them feel like they're inside an episode of Scandal, sans all the messy political drama and the effort of having to choose impeccable outfits every day.

A transparent holder suctioned to the side of the tub with a stemmed wine glass in it

Bonus: it also holds cans, so they can pop in a LaCroix or enjoy a shower PBR, too.

Promising review: "Such a simple idea, how is this just coming into my life now? I didn't think showers could get any better but now I have a brew/wine within reach at all times. Really helps take the edge off after a long day. The thing is way sturdier than you'd expect, I've tugged on it and it's not going anywhere. The slotted design allows you to use stemmed wineglasses too. A truly perfect product. This piece of plastic is working as hard as my therapist and I stan." —Steven

Get it from Amazon for $14.85 (available in five colors).

    Emma Lord/BuzzFeed

This also comes in other pretty colors, but I am especially partial to this one because I bought it for my parents (their kitchen is entirely pink and one of my favorite places on Earth), and this was SO EASY to use — not to mention super safe! I'm a big weenie about fire (LOL, self-preservation) so I've always stuck to extended arm gas lighters, but this is much better for the environment (plus cuter), so I feel a lot better about using it.

Promising review: "BUY IT NOW. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEEE this item. Firstly, it's rechargeable, so no more purchasing of matchboxes, or of liquid to put in the click starters, which is way better for being green! I also love that it has an on/off switch. so I never have to worry about something bumping it and it turning on, or me grabbing it funny and turning it on while I pick it up. I've never had to charge yet, and its been working for regularly lighting bath and body three-wick candles since my purchase earlier this month. I no longer have to deal with multiple matches to light one candle, or the matchstick breaking and needing to hold it close to the flame. The product offers plenty of distance for lighting wicks, I purchased the rose gold version, and the color is very pretty, and the item is pretty compact. It's just slightly larger than a pilot multi-ink pen." —Chelsea

Get it from Amazon for $11.99 (available in five colors).

    10. A HyperChiller that will became the new BFF of any mom whose blood runs caffeinated. This turns hot coffee into iced in a literal minute (same goes for that rosé they forgot to put in the fridge!).

Bought the black and hunter green. Buying the orange to give as a gift. You won’t be disappointed. Even came with a cute colorful mini scarf. Could have put it on the bag but instead a wear it as a headband." —marthafruit

    12. A rapid egg cooker that I am warning you right now is going to become their only personality trait. It can make soft, medium, *and* hard-boiled eggs in addition to poaching, scrambling, and making omelets out of them. This gizmo is like a thousand potential brunches in one.

I've owned one of these babies and have faithfully used it every week for upward of two years, and you better BELIEVE I gifted one to my parents apropos of nothing (truly no holiday, no birthday, they got the package and were like "??" and I was like, "Eggs.") I've especially gotten use out of it during the pandemic because it simplifies breakfast — I know no matter what weird assortment of groceries I'm working with, there are precooked eggs to add some protein to it (I like mine medium-boiled 🍳). If my dinner is boring or seems like it needs a little extra "oomph" to it, I'll throw in an egg from this too. Some reviews note that the alarm on it is a little loud, but the new models have significantly decreased the volume and sing a little song instead!

Promising review: "I LOVE this! I’m a busy mom chasing around a toddler and this is super convenient! You just add water, press the button and then the alarm notifies you when it’s done! Perfect eggs every time!" —Melissa

Get it from Amazon for $17.99 (available in five colors).

    13. A tiny milk frother that makes rich, creamy froths in seconds, making Mom as powerful as the Starbucks mermaid herself. It also doesn't need to be plugged in, cleans with a quick stream of hot running water, and is teensy for storing.,

Promising review: "A MUST-have. All of my friends and family had this so naturally I had to get one and I am obsessed. Makes every homemade coffee taste like you went out and bought one. Very affordable and worth every penny. I love that is comes with a cute holder for it." —Kayla Dillinger

Get it from Amazon for $13.99+ (available in five styles).

    14. A bottle of Drop It, a natural wine sulfate and tannin remover that works its magic on their glass in just 20 seconds, so they can have that well-deserved Friday night glass of pinot without the infamous Post-Wine Headache or allergic reactions.

    Emma Lord/BuzzFeed

It's also a lot more cost-effective and environmentally-friendly than wine wands or other competitors — a single bottle of this can be used to treat up to 55 glasses of wine, as opposed to wands that can only do a few glasses each before they get tossed. Drop It recommends 1-2 drops for each glass of white wine, 2-3 for a glass of red, and 7-9 if you're treating the whole bottle at once. Once it's in the glass, swirl lightly for 20 seconds, and you should be raring to go!

Promising review: "For many years, I have been that friend that always says 'no thanks, I can't drink wine.' Even one small small glass would give me the worst migraine. So I gave up. Several weeks ago, I happened across an ad for Drop It and thought I might as well give it a shot. I took a big risk the day it arrived and had two huge glasses of red wine that I knew would give me a massive migraine the next day. It just so happened I had a midterm that next morning too — so the stakes were high. I woke up feeling fantastic. Since then I have repeated the experiment (to make sure it wasn't a fluke) and found that no matter how much wine I drink, as long as I use the drops, I don't have a migraine the next day. I'm so pleased to have found something that makes wine drinking possible and enjoyable again! I have nothing but great things to say about the product. It's easy to use and very discreet. I visited some friends last week and we spent a few hours at a wine bar. It was easy to add my drops. I took a small taste of the wine before adding the drops and found that it did not alter the taste at all. Thanks for a great product and a great buying experience. I will be back for more." —Mackenzie

Get it from Amazon for $14.99.

    15. Glossier's Cloud Paint blush to introduce them to the frankly *ridiculous* fun of fingerpainting their own face, if they haven't tried it before. And if they already have, welp, there are a ton more colors to gift them with where that came from.

Promising review: "I recently purchased Cloud Paint in Dusk and I'm amazed by how easy it is to make this product look really pretty and natural. I've never worn blush or bronzer or anything like that before, so I was concerned that I wouldn't know how to make this look good. I'm thrilled to report that it blends perfectly and is really buildable like the skin tint and stretch concealer. Like other Glossier products, this one seems perfect for makeup minimalists--people who aren't comfortable in heavy makeup but who like to have fun with their look. Just reading the names made me feel like I was in that scene from the 1970s classic Willy Wonka movie where Charlie buys his chocolate bar. The presentation itself was perfect enough to gift someone. 30. A tin of fancy pants cocktail sugar or salt for the rims of their at-home cocktails that come in so many inventive flavors they might just call the Food Network to get their own bartending show.

    Emma Lord/BuzzFeed

I recently started putting this on my end-of-the-week whiskey drink (quarantine has made me go full Mad Men, who knew!!) and it is SO darn satisfying. I tried the citrus petals version, and it's got a light lemon, faint floral, and vaguely minty taste with its sweetness that just makes the whole experience a delight and a half. The container it comes in is actually quite wide, so what we did was pour lemon juice on the top half to prep the rim, and a bit of sugar in the bottom half to coat it. In other news, I am officially too fancy to exist.

Promising review: "Since COVID-19 I have become my own bartender. Taco Tuesdays and margaritas! The lime comes through so well with this salt. I use it for Bloody Marys as well. It is thick and chunky so its a learning curve to get the right amount of salt on. Don't press down too hard if you don't like a lot of salt. I do like extra salt but my husband said it was a little much for him, so I have mastered just a light salt for him." —cobrajet427

Get it from Amazon for $6.99 (available in nine flavors).

Even with the majority of the wine left in the bottle, it holds true! Would def buy again if I ever needed more!" —Gorden Stavis II

BuzzFeed editor in a black face mask that protrudes slightly off the face
    Emma Lord/BuzzFeed

This mask has the approval of a *ton* of runners and athletes in its reviews, but also runners IRL. I run in Central Park four days a week and I am constantly seeing other runners in this mask. I have two of them in my own run rotation, and I'm impressed not only by how well they stay in place and don't get over-sweaty and gross on long runs, but by how well they wash up and maintain their shape. The straps are super soft on your ears, too. I've gotten to used to straps chafing on longer runs that I was surprised by what a difference this made. I gifted one of these to my dad for Christmas, too, and it's his go-to for walks and errand running. It's just an overall easier mask to breathe in (while still maintaining a tight fit and keeping the people around you safe!).
