1. Moscow Mule

The Moscow Mule is a simple cocktail that is still sure to stun your NYE guests.

Ingredients:

Vodka

Ginger Beer

Lime

In a glass or a copper mug with ice combine 2 ounces of vodka with the juice of half a lime then add ginger beer to fill the glass. Top with a lime wedge and enjoy!

2. Classic Champagne Cocktail

3. Winter Blackberry Cocktail

This sweet drink is chock full of cozy brown sugar and wintery ginger flavors.

Ingredients:

Ginger Ale

Brown Sugar

Rum

Blackberries

Cover the bottom of a wide glass with blackberries. Scoop a heaping spoonful of brown sugar on top of them. Muddle the berries and the sugar until there is more juice than solid berries. Add two ounces of rum and top with ice and ginger ale.

Ingredients:

White Rum

Mint Leaves

Sugar

Soda Water

Lime juice

Combine 5 or 6 mint leaves with a tablespoon of sugar and the juice of half a lime. Muddle these ingredients in the bottom of a glass. Add 1.5 ounces of rum and top with ice and soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
