The Panhellenic President's spends most of her time: Answering emails, supporting the Panhellenic Exec team with any projects or events, hosting president’s roundtable meetings, collaborating with other council presidents. 

Kat's favorite part of her job: "The people I get to work with! Devin Wimberly is the best advisor and Panhellenic Exec’s #1 supporter. Being able to work and learn from her has been one of the most growing experiences of my collegiate career. Of course, working with 7 other driven passionate female leaders on campus is also my favorite part about my position. I have loved and will always cherish the friendships and bonds I have made through Panhellenic Exec and I will carry that with me for the rest of my life."

President

The Vice President of management spends most of her time: reading and rereading our Governing Documents (bylaws, standing rules and procedures, NPC Manual of Information). It’s my job to edit, enforce, and interpret these documents. I also spend a good deal of time planning Panhellenic Council Meetings, implementing the judicial procedure, corresponding with the Panhellenic Delegates, planning elections and New Member Symposium, and staying up to date on everything from NPC.

Emma's favorite part of her job: "I love getting to work closely with the Panhellenic Council.  I served as the Associate Delegate and Delegate for my chapter and absolutely love the idea of all of the chapters coming together each week in the spirit of a common goal. Another one of my favorite things is getting to sort through our documents and the resources given to us to ensure our organization is running effectively and in harmony with the agreements put in place."

Vice President of Management

Some of the VP Recruitment Operations' main responsibilities include: coordinating all aspects of Primary Panhellenic Recruitment, planning all recruitment schedules, working with chapter Recruitment Chairmen, Recruitment Advisors, and various University departments, coordinating and reviewing all National Panhellenic Unanimous Agreements regarding Membership Recruitment Rules, overseeing the Panhellenic recruitment team to coordinate successfully all Primary Recruitment activities, and coordinates all aspects of Continuous Open Bidding (COB)

Abby's favorite part of her job: "I have enjoyed not only bonding with the other women of Panhellenic Exec but also being able to learn about and develop relationships with leaders in other chapters. It is so fun to support the hard work these leaders are doing and watch it all come together as recruitment begins."

Vice President of Recruitment Operations

The VP of Member Development spends most of her time: brainstorming and planning creative programming events for the community. This year has really forced me to think outside the box to understand what the community is wanting, and what I can give them through my position. I also spend a ton of time writing and responding to emails! Planning and corresponding with speakers, event organizers, and TCU leaders requires tons of emails!

Paloma's favorite part of her job: "All the connections and relationships that have formed, while being able to serve the Panhellenic community! This job has been the most challenging but rewarding role I’ve taken on at TCU and I wouldn’t trade it for the world."

Vice President of Member Development

Some of the VP Public Relations' main responsibilities include: Answering emails from the website, general Panhellenic email, and corresponding with partners through my position’s email, Running and managing all social media accounts, Designing and organizing PR and recruitment merchandise, Creating the recruitment booklet (learning a LOT about InDesign), Creating graphics for and advertising Panhellenic and other Greek events

Madison's favorite part of her job: "My favorite part of the position would be how collaborative and encompassing it is. Whether it’s working with other members of Panhellenic Exec, FSL staff, chapter leaders, apparel companies, etc. this position is 100% people and relationship driven."

Vice President of Public Relations

Some of the VP Finance and Admin's main responsibilities include: creating the agenda for Panhellenic Council meetings and tracking chapter attendance at those meetings, managing all Panhellenic expenditures and budgeting, collecting chapter dues, fines, and other moneys owed to Panhellenic, coordinating Panhellenic attendance at a designated fraternal leadership conference, preparing Panhellenic Recruitment and Panhellenic Association budgets each fiscal year to be approved by the Panhellenic Council, and facilitating execution of the NPC Financial Transparency Program for Primary Recruitment

Gabi's favorite part of her job is: "Connecting with the other exec members and leaning on each other for support. There is something special about a group of people coming together for a common goal and lifting each other up to keep moving when things get difficult. I love my position in particular because I am able to work with all of the other exec members on tracking their budgets."

Vice President of Finance and Administration

Some of the VP Service and Philanthropy's main responsibilities include: Working with the Circle of Sisterhood club and director board as president, coordinating fundraising efforts for Circle of Sisterhood and the next trek, working with delegates on chapter fundraising, ensuring that chapter philanthropy events follow the bylaws, working with philanthropy chairs on brainstorming for events and providing support to help them succeed, and planning for the trek! 

Hannah's favorite part of her job is: "Working with Circle of Sisterhood! Women’s empowerment through education is such an important cause and one that we are so well positioned to serve as college-educated women. Working with Circle of Sisterhood has made me realize the incredible reach and power of education and it is so exciting to be able to share that with others and see how powerful the TCU Panhellenic community is! Another one of my favorite parts is working with the rest of Panhellenic Exec! The women that make up this board (and I’m sure the next one) are remarkable, powerful, and some of the best people I know. It has been such a privilege to work with them to create positive change in our community!"

Vice President of Service and Philanthropy

How the VP Recruitment Programming spends most of her time: At the beginning, I spent most of my time preparing applications, reading applications, and conducting interviews. After interviews were over, I spent most of my time planning spring Rho Gamma training, Rho Gamma Work Week and recruitment. There are so many little details to prepare and take care of, so it’s best to get started earlier rather than later.

Favorite part of the job: "I love how relational this position is. I get to work so extensively with the Rho Gamma and see them develop as leaders and support systems for the PNMs throughout the entire recruitment process. I am constantly reminding myself of how lucky I am to get to work with these amazing women and help develop the recruitment experience for PNMs and eventually, new members!"
