Wentworth!!! It’s a female prison drama but NOTHING like OITNB. Much more serious, a bit more believable, set in Australia, and just fucking phenomenal. There are 5 seasons available on Netflix and all of them are heart-wrenching and the actresses are outstanding

Bea Smith from Wentworth is one of my favorite LGBT characters. She discovers she may be part of the LGBT community very late in life after having being married to a man and her discovering her sexuality is so beautiful. I loved her very much. You will too if you watch it
