I NEED MORE SPOONS is a blog created in April 2015, sharing the health journey of it's Author. Diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome {POTS} in early April, Ellyn has created this Facebook page to share her journey and information with friends, family and fellow POTsies. Her mission is to raise awareness for POTS and Dysautonomia throughout Australia.

    This is something quite a few people have suggested - but could be a little more difficult because we all want to hear different things :) I know what I would like to hear personally but other POTSies may not feel the same!
