What's The Most Sexist Thing You've Ever Seen In A Movie?

Which scenes really have not stood the test of time?

Kicking back with a good movie is undoubtedly one of the best ways to relax and unwind.

But sometimes your enjoyment of a movie will be completely ruined by a moment that's actually kinda sexist. Like, for example, the fact that Sandy in Grease had to change her entire wardrobe and personality in order to suit Danny's requirements.

Universal Pictures

Or the way that female characters are often depicted as ~unlucky in love~ because they're either too confident or too clingy.

Paramount Pictures

Or perhaps it's the sexual harassment and assault that often pops up in movies and goes completely unchecked – like this scene in 16 Candles in which a drunk and unconscious woman is offered by to another guy by her boyfriend.

Or, that scene in The Notebook where Ryan Gosling's character threatens suicide or self-injury unless the girl he likes goes on a date with him?

So, which moments, plotpoints, characters or entire movies do you find sexist as hell? Tell us in the dropbox below, and your submission could be featured in a BuzzFeed Community post or video!
