Pink Opened Up About Getting Pregnant And Having A Miscarriage As A Teenager

"You feel like your body hates you, and like your body is broken."

If there's one thing we know about Pink, it's that she's searingly honest when it comes to all aspects of her life — whether she's discussing her tumultuous childhood, alcohol abuse, or not having sex with her husband.

However, in a new interview, Pink has opened up about the experience of having a miscarriage at age 17 — something she hasn't ever addressed before.

During an appearance on USA Today, Pink was asked about a track called "Happy" from her new album, which opens with the lyric: "Since I was 17 / I've always hated my body / And it feels like my body's hated me."

Pink, who's now a mother of two children, went on to say that she directed a lot of anger towards her body in the aftermath of the miscarriage.

Pink also revealed that she's endured "several" miscarriages since the first in her teenage years, adding that she believes it's important to discuss the "painful" subject.

And she concluded by revealing that she's learned to come to terms with her experiences by going to therapy, and has actually used the same therapist since 2001.
