Kim Kardashian Just Accidentally Told The World She's Expecting A Girl

Baby number three is on the way via a surrogate, and Kim accidentally let slip during an appearance on The Ellen Show that it's a girl.

Back in September, Kim Kardashian confirmed that she and Kanye West are expecting baby number three via a surrogate.

Kim has kept any further details close to her chest, but when she threw a baby shower at the weekend with pink as the colour theme, people began speculating that the Wests were expecting a girl.

And during an appearance on The Ellen Show, Kim accidentally confirmed the news.

She began by revealing that she'd brought North along to the baby shower in a bid to prepare her for the arrival.

She said: "My daughter, she's really tricky. We had a baby shower over the weekend, and I thought: I really do want a baby shower because I want her to feel that something's coming, and I really want her to understand.

And then during this adorable story, she accidentally mentioned the gender of the baby.

Kim explained: "People brought toys and gifts [to the baby shower] and we were opening them all up the next day and North said: 'Mom, since baby sister's not here, I think I need all of her toys in my room and I'll play with them and just make sure they're OK for baby sister.'"

At which point, Ellen pointed out that Kim had just revealed for the first time that she's expecting a girl.

Kim then realised, laughed, and confirmed the news again.

And she also revealed how North is feeling about having a new little sister.

She said: "North is really excited about that. [Her having] a brother was a little trickier. Now, she's so excited. Let's see if it lasts. I've had to explain to her: 'When you come into my room in the morning I have to be with baby sister, I have to feed her.'"
