In the perfect alignment of nature and reality TV, Kourtney became pregnant exactly three months before season nine of Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiered. Rumours of her pregnancy began swirling in May 2014, with Kris Jenner teasing the hell out of everyone by saying in an interview: "The only way I can answer that question is you’ll just have to tune in on Sunday night and get the answer. By the end of Sunday night’s episode, you’ll have your answer." Sure enough, we saw Kourtney revealing her pregnancy to a flabbergasted Scott Disick in the highest-rated episode of the season.
After 18 months of struggling to conceive – which was charted in full on Keeping Up With The Kardashians – Kim became pregnant and managed to keep it a secret until the mid-season finale of season ten. Hours before the finale aired, she took to Twitter to tease the news, and at the end of the episode a teaser-trailer for the rest of the season was shown in which Kim announced to Khloé that she was pregnant. One month later, she confirmed the gender of her baby in an Instagram post dedicated to Kanye West on Father's Day.
Rob and Chyna's relationship caused monumental family drama, and just three weeks after announcing they were engaged, Rob also delivered the news that Chyna was pregnant. He shared the news via Instagram using one of Chyna's personalised "Chy-mojis" which depicted her with a pregnant stomach, alongside a caption consisting of a bride and baby emoji. Chyna then shared the exact same image and emojis on her own page, and also tagged Rob's name on the baby bump in the photo.
In a move very similar to the announcement of her second pregnancy, Kim confirmed that she and Kanye were expecting a third baby in the teaser trailer for season 14 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. When the full episode aired, we also got confirmation of the fact that they'd chosen to use a surrogate because of the medical issues Kim experienced in her first two pregnancies.
After literally months of speculation and theorising, Khloé broke recent Kardashian tradition by not confirming her pregnancy on the show. Instead, she shared the news via Instagram, just a few days before Christmas. Khloé posted a photo of her and boyfriend Tristan Thompson's hands cradling her pregnant stomach alongside a caption in which she revealed how happy she was.
They were also there to capture the moment she announced the news to her family in an emotional episode that aired on Sunday night.
