You probably know that back in July, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin surprised us all by announcing that they were engaged after a whirlwind month-long romance.
Justin announced the news with this Instagram photo and lengthy caption in which he told Hailey he was "so in love with and committed" to her.
And Hailey followed it up with this photo where her engagement ring was visible and a caption describing Justin as her "absolute best friend."
However, response to the engagement has been mixed. While many fans were over the moon for the pair, others criticised them for rushing their relationship, questioned its legitimacy and lamented the breakup of Justin and Selena Gomez.
Well, Hailey has now spoken out against the negativity, revealing that she hasn't allowed it to affect her.
Hailey's comments come just a few weeks after it was reported that she and Justin will have a "short engagement" and want to be married in a small ceremony next year.
