Chrishell Stause Shaded Justin Hartley's Ex-Wife On Instagram After She Defended Him Amid Their Divorce

    This just got messier.

I'm sure by now you'll have watched the entirety of Selling Sunset season 3. If you haven't, I really don't know what to tell you other than: Do it immediately!

While there was a lot of ~drama~ this season, the biggest shock of all came when Chrishell Stause revealed that her husband of 2 years, Justin Hartley, had filed for divorce — and informed her of the news by text message.

"I found out because he texted me that we were filed," Chrishell told Mary during an emotional scene. "45 minutes later, the world knew."

The revelation shocked fans of the show, who immediately tweeted their support for Chrishell as well as their anger towards Christine and Davina who appeared to side with Justin over their colleague.

Chrishell deserved and still deserves so much better. What kind of “man” tells his wife over a text he filed for divorce?! One who isn’t a man at all, one who is a coward. #SellingSunset #SellingSunsetS3 #SellingSunset3

selling sunset making me wanna fight justin h*rtley, holy fuck dude. you don’t have a fight with your wife on the phone with no resolution, and just go down to the courthouse and file for divorce and then tell her through a text. chrishell is so hurt and confused and needs a hug

I feel so bad for Chrishell, she truly seems so sweet. I always thought it was weird he was never on the show with her. Always made me feel he wasn't a supportive partner. I hope she finds a love she deserves. #SellingSunset #teamchrishell

But, as the online criticism of Justin mounted, his ex-wife Lindsay Korman-Hartley, decided to get involved and spoke out in defence of her ex.

"Today, I appreciate my ex-husband Justin for not only being [the] exemplification of a solid man, but for being my dear friend and devoted father to our daughter," she wrote in a statement on Instagram.

"We derive our own opinion of people by experiencing life and time together, and we do our best to hold dear the ones that maintain consistent kindness, love, and generosity," she added.

But it seems that Lindsay's comments didn't exactly go down well with Chrishell, who hopped onto Instagram with a post which appeared to shade her decision to publicly defend Justin.

"Be the woman who fixes another woman's crown without telling the world it was crooked," the quote read.

And Chrishell captioned the post: "Women who build each other up are my tribe."

And if there was any doubt that the post was directed towards Lindsay, Chrishell went on to like this message over on Twitter.

She also responded directly to the message of support with a screenshot of her Instagram post.

    Roll on season 4!
