16 Utterly Savage And Hilarious Clapbacks Chrissy Teigen Has Served Up In 2018

All hail the clapback queen.

This year, Chrissy Teigen has had to deal with trolls coming at her for just about everything. However, from critiques on her physical appearance, parenting decisions and overall life choices, she's handled her comebacks like a pro.

1. Take, for example, the time she shared this ridiculously cute photo of herself feeding newborn Miles and Luna's baby doll. Seems innocent enough, right?

Well, turns out no. Because someone appeared on Twitter to say they were sick of seeing Chrissy breastfeeding on social media.

So, Chrissy clapped back with this frankly genius comment.

2. Then, when someone else posted a now-deleted tweet saying: "I think it's perfectly fine for women who breastfeed in public. They are doing it because they need to. When you post on social media that you are doing it, it comes across as narcissistic though," Chrissy clapped back there too.

3. And there was also the time when John Legend posted this cute snap of the family backstage at The Voice.

And, despite the fact the post was on John's Instagram page, someone decided to chime in to shame Chrissy for no longer breastfeeding.

So, Chrissy hopped in the comments with this A+ comeback.

4. She's also had to deal with people trolling her appearance. Case in point: This tweet in which someone implied she looked pregnant at the Emmys.

So she literally responded from inside the ceremony.

5. There was also the time when she covered Glamour, posting an image from the shoot on Instagram.

And someone decided to tweet her to tell her it was "awful."

So she responded like this.

6. And who can forget when a troll told her to change her hairstyle because it made her face look "huge."

So Chrissy hopped in the Instagram comments to say thanks for the feedback.

7. But perhaps the most savage response of all was when someone left a comment on this throwback photo of her, saying she looked so much better "before the boobies and fillers."

So she told them to fuck all the way off.

8. Before adding this.

9. She's also been criticised for the simple fact that she's famous. Take, for example, the time she posted this cute photo of a jet-lagged John and Luna.

And someone left this comment.

So she set them straight.

10. As well as the time when a troll accused her in a now-deleted tweet of only "eating, sleeping, shitting and spending other people's money." So she replied with a link to her net-worth.

11. She also caused outrage among vegetarians this year after revealing her bacon preferences.

4. Chewy crispy fat, crispy juicy meat. https://t.co/WhFiLxOucw

And after receiving abuse in her mentions, she let rip.

I always think that one day, I will probably give being a vegetarian a try. The thing that would stop me? I *never* want to feel as entitled and judgmental as the ones losing their minds in my mentions.

12. For real.

“I UsEd 2 ResPecT u!!!!!!!!!!” ??? John ate chicken wings off my ass and my last cookbook was 98 percent gratuitous pork. I said I prefer bacon #4 and just now you’ve lost respect?

13. But she's also been trolled for her parenting choices. There was the time when someone decided to express how "tired" they were with seeing photos of Chrissy and John carrying a not-yet-two-year-old Luna.

And Chrissy was having none of it.

14. And there was the time she was absolutely slaughtered for the fact she allowed a dangerous bug near her daughter despite not knowing what it was.

@chrissyteigen no biggie just a tarantula hawk wasp that can put your arm in a state of paralysis when stung by.

So she went off.

Oh dear here comes the fun..okay should I not hold potentially deadly creatures? no. should I do it around my daughter? Super no. But it crawled on me and seemed injured and well, not angry, not scary. And I’m normally super freaked (remember house centipede??)

In true Chrissy style.

I put it down gently and he crawled right back. maybe it was my reincarnated relative. Or puddy the bulldog. Either way, everyone is okay and the world continues to turn.

15. And people weren't happy when she decided to document the process of making fish sticks, pasta and caesar salad for Luna and her niece.

Because caesar salad traditionally contains romaine lettuce, which is currently under recall for E Coli.

So Chrissy clapped back, and added that she hates the thinking face emoji.

Before adding that criticism of her food and parenting really riles her up.

16. But perhaps the best response of all came when she made a delicious meal of red wine braised lamb with sweet potato mash for her family.

And someone expressed outrage that she'd serve her child with food containing alcohol.

So Chrissy blessed us with this.

Let's hope for even more clapbacks in 2019.
